A Multi-Level Luxury Fitness And Wellness Hub Has Just Opened In West End

Pulling on activewear is always a little easier when your destination is a luxuriously designed fitness and wellness hub, and now southsiders can do just that at Function Well's brand-new flagship in West End.
Located in the highly sought-after West Village precinct, Function Well West End is spread across four floors of integrated wellness, recovery and fitness facilities—a first of its kind for below the river. It’s got everything you need to kick your health and fitness goals in one premium space, combining performance, restoration and lifestyle in their most elevated offering to date.

You can expect a 24/7 workout area, five custom-built studio spaces, a Recovery Cave, private recovery suites, and a Restoration Zone with both traditional and advanced recovery methods. There's also a heated immersive yoga room, reformer Pilates, saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, red light therapy, massage, compression boots, and functional training sessions and classes.
With an emphasis on Functional Well’s holistic yin (restoration and recovery) and yang (training and performance) approach to total wellbeing, the hub is also an official HYROX Training Club and has a business and social lounge for members to use between workouts. Plus, a nutrient-dense cafe called Sureyya Kahve is opening soon from the team behind KAILO Wellness Medispa.

Function Well first launched in Newstead, where it now sits across three expansive levels in the waterfront Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct. It did have a second location in Toombul, which was unfortunately forced to close in the 2022 floods. Despite the hurdles, Function Well continues to grow from strength to strength—encouraging you to do the same in their thoughtfully appointed spaces.
