As with their sister location in Kenmore, the newly opened Paddington branch of Pizzeria Violetta shares both a roof with Chinese restaurant Sichuan Bang Bang, as well as an overwhelming respect for tradition. Their methods are precise and approved, and everything from the custom built woodfired oven to the basil garnish gleams with a Neapolitan seal of approval more than 1000 years in the making. Besides serving lunch and dinner all week, Violetta Paddington also does breakfast on the weekends.
