So, how about that storm? If you spent last weekend like a hermit watching Netflix, don’t worry—you're not alone. Good news though, Melbourne, blue skies are coming your way and you officially have two weekends worth of gallivanting to do.

Big Burger Biannual

For heaven's sake, Melbs, stop throwing burgers in our face. We're trying to build a summer bod here. This weekend you can join 15 patty flipping, cheese dripping masters of the burg as they bring you their creations. You’ve got a fully stocked bar and some sweet tunes to get you in the weekend mood.

Terindah Estate Winery Day Tour

Why didn’t anybody think of this sooner? You can now get a ferry from the Docklands to Portarlington to tour the best wineries the region has to offer. You’ve got tastings, lunch and even a sunset cruise back to the city. That pesky hassle of having to recruit a deso is forever gone. Hand us the vino.

Long-Table Dinners At American Express Outdoor Cinema

We’re defs on track for an epic summer in Melbourne with the crew behind Ladro (just one of the best pizza makers, ever) hosting a series of outdoor long-table dinners. And yep, that includes wood-fired pizzas (the perfect movie snack, if you ask us) and a three-course meal.

Super Field At RMIT Design Hub

Get your dose of learnin’ this weekend, without even knowing you’re doing it. This is an exhibition of sound and video that invites you to go on a journey to some of the world’s most remote environments and check out some of our environmental concerns. Serious, but fun. Seriously fun.

Supafish

Margaritas, ceviche, sunshine and waterfront views. What’s missing from this equation? Oh yeah, a giant neon fish/floating bar thing. Supafish is a 38m floating bar complete with a Mexican grazing menu, tunes and every cocktail under the sun. Summer Camp Cookouts at Pope Joan

Before you freak out,  unlike Grade 6 camp, this summer camp cookout won't make you want to run and barf. Only run for seconds.
