From the team behind Clover, The Moon, The Alps, Toorak Cellar and The Hills, Milton Wine Shop is a small wine bar focused on quality wine and delicious dishes to match.

This fine dining establishment is the second venue from the team behind Buono in Parkdale, also serving up unforgettable Italian cuisine. On the menu expect wagyu beef tartare with venere rice crackers and caramelised buttermilk or linguine with seafood in a crustacean sauce with marinated mussels. It’s a special place, perfect for celebrations.

Do yourself a favour and finish your meal with their Japanese mochi ice cream served with matcha dust and sesame shard for dessert.

If you’ve never dabbled in authentic Uyghur cuisine before, you’re in for a treat. Nur Uyghur brings the flavours of Central Asia to Glenferrie Road in a casual dining experience. Think hand pulled noodles in a rich tomato sauce with tender lamb, fluffy steamed buns filled with lamb and cabbage, and tender slow cooked lamb stew. Yes, it’s heavy on the lamb but there’s a decent amount of vegetarian options for the non meat eaters as well.

Menu favourites include yellowfin tuna crudo with Sicilian olive and finger lime, wagyu bresaola with black fig and stracciatella, and lobster tortellini. For dessert we’re ordering their mille-feuille with fresh berries.

Theio Theo is all your Greek dining dreams come true. A little outside Malvern, in Malvern East, this restaurant is worth the trip. The interior is all dark blues and whites with crisp tablecloths and hospitality that hugs you. All we can say is, come on a Friday night for the full experience. There’s live music, dancing, insanely good food and all the wholesome community vibes you could hope for.

The menu changes each season but you can expect to find delights like lobster taco with kohlrabi, gnocchi with braised beef cheek, and whole fish of the day with lemon and oregano. There’s also a handful of small plates to pass around.

The interior is decorated with floral wallpaper, a grand chandelier, vintage decor and fireplaces throughout, so you feel the warmth from the moment you step through the doors. Try traditional wood-fired pizzas along with the restaurant's own specialties such as the ‘Patate Viola’ which is topped with purple potato purée, smoked scamorza, pork sausage, crispy leek and nduja.
