Introducing Dining Under The Stars at Britomart’s Botswana Butchery. Holding a maximum of eight people you can elevate your private dining experience amongst the luxury furnishings courtesy of designer furniture brand, Matisse. 

Choose from two heavenly degustation menus. The six-course Meat Affair from $129.95pp includes savannah grass fed beef tartare, Raukumara Ranges wild venison loin, braised wagyu brisket, and chocolate fondant with cherry sorbet to finish. Yep, we told you it was fancy. For the six course Banquet Affair from $139.95pp you can expect freshly shucked market oysters, aged Ruakaka farmed kingfish sashimi, duck and foie gras parfait and a threesome of lamb, pressed merino shoulder, ribs and cutlets with all the trimmings. For the perfect ending, you can enjoy petit fours and a selection of NZ cheese. Luxe.
