Stress less though, whether you’re continuing antics from Australia Day or just looking to unwind after the work week, this weekend is locked and loaded with an array of fun-filled activities. Improve your skillz on the d-floor, catch a few Aussie flicks, indulge in a delish vegan feed or re-live your Straya Day antics on a boat—it’s all happening this weekend peeps.

Sunset Cinema | Claremont

Want a bit of a movie marathon with a twist? The 2017 Sunset Cinema Series will be showing three Australian favourites this weekend. Relish in Aussie themed bites as Jessie Blake from Petition Kitchen cooks up an Aussie inspired storm! Two Hands, Lantana and Rabbit Proof Fence will all be playing so pick your poison, pack the picnic rug and get ready to get cosy under the stars!

Deadly 60 | Perth

Take a ride on the wild side with Steve Backshall who is returning to Australia for his show Deadly 60, which is based on the BBC series Deadly 60 Pole To Pole. The courageous traveller will share his experiences travelling from the South Pole to the North Pole, and will scare the shizz out of you with tails of his encounters with deadly creatures from all corners of the globe.

Yanis Marshall Perth Workshop | Osborne Park

Ever wanted to be a pro on the d-floor? Well, put those dancing shoes on and let Yanis Marshall, jazz and heels dancer pro (yes, heels dancing is a thing) from Britain's Got Talent, take the lead. The superstar will be teaching workshops in street jazz and heels this Friday.

The Dream | Leederville

Solo Art Exhibition "Homage To The Horse" | Mosman Park

If you’re into horses, you won’t want to miss this one. Take a walk through Roslyn Nolen’s beautiful paintings of domestic and wild horses which will take your breath away. They’re so beautiful we reckon you’ll be oohing and aahing even if you’re not a horse person.

Australia Day Boat Party 2017 | Rottnest Island

Not ready for Oz Day to be over? Re-live the moment at this fair dinkum Australia Day party. The trusted vessel Blue Destiny will be departing East Street Jetty in Fremantle at 10am and heading to Rottnest Island for a day of shenanigans. You’ll be parked up in Rotto and the pool toys will be let loose while the Hottest 100 blasts in the background.
