The team behind North Street Store (NSS) in Cottesloe has just announced they’re opening Big Loaf Factory, their wholesale bakery outlet in O’Connor, to the public and we couldn’t be more excited.
In time the store will serve as a one stop shop for home bakers, with all the ingredients and advice you need to bake the best bread at home, but for now owners Lachlan Bisset and Craig Stewart will be dishing up all the award-winning goods you know and love. Think warm loaves fresh out of the oven and those mouth watering cinny scrolls, plus bakery classics like pies, sausage rolls, pastries and good coffee.
Opening this Tuesday 28 June at 7 Zeta Crescent in O’Connor, you'll be able to swing into Big Loaf Factory for your baked good fix between 6am and 2pm 7 days a week. For more info, click here.
