If you live in Perth and you like good grub, chances are you've eaten at Tiisch once or twice. Known for its bottomless brunches, their matcha pancakes and bright, airy interiors, Tiisch is the brainchild of Sven Bartelt and Danielle Waller and it's safe to say these guys are responsible for the bottomless brunch trend that really took off in Perth back in 2018.

Thanks to the popularity of their bottomless brunches (and lunches and dinners) the duo decided there was no time like the present to nab a spot in Subiaco and open the brand new cafe, Mimosa.

Mimosa is sitting pretty at 1 Forrest Street in the spot that used to be Milk'd and they are offering bottomless brunch and bottomless lunch seven days a week, alongside an all-day brunch menu for those of you who haven't yet bought into the bottomless trend.

Expect dishes like brunch gnocchi, banana pancakes, chilli scrambled eggs and wagyu beef burgers, all washed down with unlimited bubbles, bloody marys, beers and wines if you do opt for a bottomless option. And all for just $59.

The cafe is open now, but bottomless brunches and lunches won't kick off until 20 March, so book here.

Speaking of Subiaco, you might also want to check out this chicken and beer festival.
