Easter high tea at the Ritz-Carlton

The Easter long weekend is nearly upon us, and we all know what that means—four days full of chocolate, hot-cross buns and Easter egg hunts. But what if we told you Easter was hanging around for two weeks? What if there was a place you could go to munch on fancy Easter bunny-inspired desserts and hot cross buns with a twist, and then wash them all down with a pot of your favourite tea, or even a glass of wine?

Hearth at the Ritz-Carlton has been given an Easter makeover, so you can do all of that and more. From 27-28 March and 3-4 April, they will be putting on an eggs-tra special afternoon tea for you and your crew, featuring some pretty scrumptious Easter classics created with the finest local produce from WA. We’re talking savoury delights like roast lamb open sandwiches and Peel Inlet blue swimmer crab rolls, plus a super delish Cambray farmhouse cheddar tart with apple and fig chutney.

Now, onto the sweet stuff. The Easter theme comes out to play with hot cross buns lathered with chocolate butter and vanilla chantilly cream, egg-topped salted caramel choux buns with hazelnut cream and sandalwood nuts and bunny ear chocolate and raspberry delice.

Your Insta-worthy Easter feast will be presented to you in style on the cutest wooden multi-tiered trays, and after you’ve snapped a few photos for the 'gram (we’ll allow it), you’ll want to get down to business—and all the better if you’re so full you have to roll on out of there afterwards.

Best of all, should you want to make your high tea boozy, you can add on a two-hour package (or just a glass) of Howard Park Petit Jeté sparkling wine or ‘R’ de Ruinart Brut.

Prices for this fancy Easter degustation start at just $65pp, and you can book your spot here.
