People of Perth, get ready for a sweet feast of epic proportions, the Shorehouse Dessert Degustation is back.
The Shorehouse's incredibly talented pastry chef Ella Saleeba—who has been mentored by none other than David Coomer, so you know she's legit—is bringing back their annual five-course dessert degustation that will leave you dying to lick your plate clean.
As always, the team will be showcasing the best of what WA has to offer, using delicious local ingredients. Ella's got a twist on the classic cheeseboard to start you off, featuring cheese, rose nougat, biscotti and jam, and you'll finish with a decadent dark chocolate, sesame and hazelnut fudge cake with spice caramel za'atar and coriander seed icecream. Drool.
In between, you'll dig into her much-loved white chocolate, passionfruit and macadamia ice cream sandwich; a sweet vanilla labne topped with poached tamarillos, apricot and orange frozen yoghurt, honey and molasses; and strawberry and watermelon sorbet with lime and mint ice.
It will set you back $79, and you can always add matched cocktails or a non-alcoholic beverage pairing to elevate the experience—go on, you deserve it.
If you're ready to indulge we suggest you grab tickets quick, it's available for two nights only.
