Perthlings, dust off your stretchy pants (who am I kidding, you've been living in those since winter arrived) and get ready for a sweet feast of epic proportions.
The good people at The Shorehouse have teamed up with pastry chef Ella Saleeba—who has been mentored by none other than David Coomer, so you know she's legit—to bring us a six course dessert degustation that will leave you dying to lick your plate clean.
We're not going to give all the deets away, but rest assured you'll get everything from fresh, citrusy sorbet and fairy floss to cheesecake, sticky date pudding, and of course, plenty of chocolate!
As always, the team will be showcasing the best of what WA has to offer, using mandarins and ruby fruits from Manjimup and goats curd from Margaret River among other delicious local ingredients.
It will set you back $49, and you can always add matched drinks. Go on, you deserve it.
