Grab your scrunchies and dust off your shoulder pads, Heathers The Musical is heading to Perth, and class is officially in session. If you like your nostalgia with a side of jet-black humour, this cult-fave stage adaptation is about to be your new obsession.

Based on the iconic 1989 film, Heathers follows brainy outsider Veronica Sawyer as she infiltrates Westerberg High’s most feared clique: the three impossibly chic (and terrifyingly powerful) Heathers. But when brooding new kid J.D. enters the picture, cafeteria politics spiral fast. Expect razor-sharp satire, killer one-liners and plenty of high school chaos.

If you’re having Mormon withdrawals after bingeing the latest season of SLOMW, fear not. The Book Of Mormon is officially making its return to the Perth stage in 2026, in what’s set to be one of the biggest musical moments of the year.

Equal parts outrageous, sharp and laugh-out-loud funny, it’s earned a reputation as one of the most talked-about musicals of the century. The show follows two mismatched missionaries sent far from Salt Lake City on a mission that quickly spirals into something wildly unexpected. From the minds behind South Park, it’s safe to say this one is NSFC (not suitable for church).
