NBA2K has become so insanely popular due to its realistic gameplay and damn near lifelike graphics. Assassins Creed: Valhalla

Everyone’s favourite historical fiction semi-RPG is back, this time throwing you into the depths of Norse mythology as a Viking warrior circa the 9th century. Pillage, plunder and raid your way through England as you and your cast of fur laden friends lay waste to any opposition. The 4K graphics alone make it one of the best PS5 games but the new abilities and customisability of your player, and your Viking settlement, give you plenty of reason to throw an axe or two.
Hitman 3

Take them out your own way in the final installation of the Hitman trilogy. Playing once again as Agent 47, everybody’s favourite shaved head assassin, who still manages to blend well into a crowd. With beautiful and interactive environments Hitman 3 puts your right into the kill, get the job done your way be it patiently stalking your prey in a mixed bag of disguises or getting straight to it and making the getaway.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
It can be hard to pull yourself out of Verdansk but if you’re looking to sink your dual adaptive triggers into something it should be this one. Although there’s still a hefty focus on multiplayer with classical genres like deathmatch and ground war, the brilliance of Black Ops Cold War is its single-player campaign. The story is explosive and dense with covert styled missions that are filled with a variety of objectives and consequential outcomes that make it one of the best PS5 games for single-player action.
Ratchet & Clank : Rift Apart
This one hits hard in the feels with a rush of nostalgia every time it boots up. Set in the galactical-based universe playing as the dynamic duo and Rivet feels just like it always did with plenty of explosive action and plenty of heart. The expansive universe is jaw-dropping and it truly pushes the boundaries of possibilities of the next-gen platform and is definitely a PS5 game to get your hands on.
Spiderman: Miles Morales

Spiderman was one of the Playstation 4’s biggest titles and the new Miles Morales edition which is filled with web-swinging and bad-guy beating action is paving the way for it to be one of the best PS5 games. One of the biggest titles released for PS5, SpiderMan: Miles Morales has some of the most stunning motion graphics with 60fps of Mile’s swinging feverishly from New York city building to building. With over 17 hours of playtime, there’s enough to get your webs stuck into.
Resident Evil Village
If you’re looking for a nice nerve easing experience every time you pick up the controller, Resident Evil Village ain’t for you. This dark and incredibly visual and audibly terrifying game has sent the zombie game genre into a different stratosphere. One of the key releases for PS5 Resident Evil Village casts you into the sinister undead world with almost too real graphics, each close encounter will have your skin crawling and the hairs on the back of your neck standing tall.
