Queensland Cabaret Festival 2017
Roll-up, roll-up! This Thursday, the QLD Cabaret Festival returns! This year’s event will boast a number of awesome gigs but you absolutely HAVE to kick it off with ‘Song Lines’ by Michael Tuahine. This hilarious comical and lyrical tale of Aboriginal and Maori history is all sorts of interesting and funny as hell. A total must-see. Check out more headliners for this year’s Cabaret Festival, here.
Lady Beatle At La Boite Theatre
When we are talking Beatles renditions, you best not interrupt us. The super sassy ‘Lady Beatle’ show has been turned into a fantastic cabaret production at La Boite Theatre. This stellar show re-imagines the greatest Beatles hits—we’re talking banger after banger here. Headliner Naomi Price is big and VERY bold, and will captivate you until the curtains close with your favourite Beatles tracks (just never heard like this before). You can thank us later.
