We’re pumped for the short week (and ALL the chocolate that’s already been going to be eaten), and while Easter is mostly all we can think of, there’s still a heap of things to do in Brisbane this week.

From exclusive Brisbane exhibitions, to an epic riverside festival, there’s more to this week than just a Friday off work! Get busy, guys.

Ocean Film Festival 2017 At Brisbane Powerhouse

A stunning collection of short films, the 2017 Ocean Film Festival celebrates the incredible power and beauty of our oceans. Showcasing a selection of interviews from oceanographers, divers, surfers, and swimmers just go for the incredible cinematography alone. You’ll learn a thing or two, though and that’s pretty damn great if you ask us. For tickets, click here.

Dina Broadhurst Exclusive Exhibition

To celebrate the official launch of Westfield Chermside’s impressive expansion, Australian artist Dina Broadhurst is exhibiting her iconic—and incredibly beautiful—works exclusively in-store throughout April. Stop in for a spot of shopping and to catch a glimpse of Broadhurst’s gorgeous works up close and personal. For all the details, click here.

Midnight Screening Of The Fate Of The Furious

Because of course you want to be among the first to find out what happens to Dom and his crew, the team at New Farm Six Cinema are putting on a cheeky midnight screening of The Fate Of The Furious. Adding some clout to the 9th instalment (yes, there are 9 movies…) of the franchise is Academy Award Winner, Charlize Theron. We thought that might pique your interest… For tickets, click here.
