This unique venue is currently operating as a pop-up out of Mermaid Beach bakery Marie Anita’s by night. The plant-based eatery is producing gluten-free, organic eats like pizzas, salads and smoothies, with more items to be added to the menu in the coming weeks. 

Often overshadowed by their distant cousin, the pancake, waffles are making a huge comeback across the Gold Coast and, predictably, the world. No exaggeration, guys.
