Indulge In Love, Lust And Libations At The Opening Night Of Plied and Prejudice

One for Jane Austen fans and comedy lovers alike, Plied and Prejudice is the immersive theatre experience landing at Downstairs At The Maj this Friday, and this is Elizabeth Bennet and Mister Darcy as you’ve never seen them before. Think five actors playing 20 characters in a side-splitting display or love and lust, before one cast member is ‘indisposed’. The kicker? Every show is different, meaning you’ll never know how the night will end. This one is here for a strictly limited season, so secure seats asap.

They’ve got an incredible selection of highly coveted products, alongside some brand new releases and limited edition items. Perfect for Disney lovers big and small.

On the liquids front there’s a solid line up of tequila-based cocktails, Veuve Clicquot, and wine, beer and cider, plus virgin margaritas for desi drivers. Plus, a DJ on deck to keep the vibes going.

Spend The Day In Freo On An Urban Craft Beer Crawl

As far as craft beer scenes go, Fremantle’s is almost unrivalled, so where better to spend a Saturday venue-hopping on a self-guided craft beer crawl. A $65 ticket allows you to stop and sip through eight beers from your choice of 14 participating venues, plus a snack at your starting venue. Or, upgrade to the $85 ticket for ten beers. They set the stops, you set the pace. Get tickets asap.
