Hear The Kickons Play At Gage Roads
Friday night calls for live music and indie rock vibes down at Gage Roads, with The Kickons taking the stage for Live and Local. The lead singer Matty Gault just smashed his blind audition on The Voice Australia—joining Melanie C’s team, these vocals are literally Spice Girls Approved! They’ll be supported by local talent Daisy Park, Finn Pearson and Dugite for a proper night of waterfront beers and Perth’s homegrown chair-turning sounds.
Oh, Hi! RomCom Screening at Raine Square
If you’re a rom-com devotee who’s always on the hunt for the next cult classic, this might just be the one you’ll replay when you can’t find anything to watch. Fresh from Sundance and Telluride, “Oh, Hi!” is making its Perth debut for one night only with a Festival Darling Special Event at the Palace Raine Square Cinema. It’s a cheeky, whimsical, and witty film about mismatched expectations during a romantic countryside getaway. Vogue Festival at Karrinyup
Vogue Festival takes over Karrinyup from 4–7 September, bringing with it four days of runway shows, fashion masterclasses, shop-and-sip experiences, and luxe activations.
It all kicks off with WA’s first Vogue After Dark runway show, with premium food, cocktails, and the season’s most coveted looks.
The lineup of events include a Vogue Beauty Trends masterclass with Gladys Lai, interior styling tips with Vogue Living’s Rebecca Caratti, and a Spring/Summer styling session with Kaila Matthews and Alice Birrell.
You’ll also find the cutest matcha carts, customisation at Coach’s Tabby Personalisation Station, pop-up photobooths and exclusive Vogue merch. Basically, it’s a full long weekend made for the gals (and the glamourous).
Grab Your Trays, Strawberry Picking Season Continues
Strawberry season is back, continuing with Bullsbrook's Pick Your Own Strawberries flinging open the gates. Grab a basket, wander the rows, and load up on as many juicy berries as you can carry. Entry is $2 per person, plus $15 for a tray which will hold around 4.5 kilograms of fruit (plus whatever you can eat while you forage). A perfectly wholesome morning for the whole family!

You’re invited to gather as the sun rises over the sanctuary of Perth City’s park and botanic gardens, to honour the memory of those lost to suicide. The Ros Worthington Out of the Shadows Walk pays tribute to its founder, the late philanthropist Dr Ros Worthington OAM. In acknowledgement of World Suicide Prevention Day, this dawn walk is free, accessible and helps give everyone a safe and welcoming space for people to come together in remembrance.
