No matter what time of year it is, heading down to Margaret River is always a good idea. Summer? Dip your feet into the crystal clear waters of some of the best beaches going round. Winter? No problem. A glass of red around a fire with your nearest and dearest will cure any of those mid-year blues.

Round up the crew, or prepare to get cosy with your special someone, we’ve curated a list of the best accommodation in Margaret River. From luxury stays to holiday homes, the region has it all.

The Best Glamping In Margaret River

Olio Bello Glamping

Glamping at an award winning organic farm? Count us in. The luxe safari style tents at Olio Bello are surrounded by incredible landscapes and perfect for couples, a girls getaway or a big group celebration. Head’s up -  the food served on the farm is epic, so make sure you book in as many meals as you can.

Mile End Glamping

You’ve gotta see Mile End’s light-filled dome glamping set up to truly get an idea of just how special this is. The speccy domes are transparent so you can lay down, get comfy and look up at all the sparkly little stars you can’t possibly see back in Perth. A private outdoor bath, king bed, kitchen and utter seclusion make this a date night you’ll never forget.

Wild Goose Camping

Run by husband and wife team Chloe and Clint, Wild Goose Camping doesn't have any permanent structures so the duo can set you up in a seriously luxe tent at sites across Margaret River to suit the escape you’re looking for.

Two Blind Cows

Just outside of Margs in one of our favourite little towns Cowaramup, you’ll find Two Blind Cows, an exo-luxe glamping retreat on the Woolrabunning farm. Nestled in the middle of Australian bushland, you’ll find enviable seclusion. If you find yourself ready to hit up the food and drink scene, there’s a heap of places nearby.

This insane beach house is one of the region’s most popular holiday houses for groups wanting just a bit (ok a lot) of indulgence. Every room has 180 degree ocean views and the master bedroom sits in its own wing of the house. Designer furniture, hotel quality king size beds and an epic entertaining area. They weren’t messing around when they built this one.

The rustic interiors and timber lined bedrooms lend itself to a cosy Winter weekend spent with friends soaking up a little bit of nature and a whole lotta wine.

This original old settlers' home on Moonrise Farm sits pretty between wineries and forest in the serene countryside of Rosabrook. Grab a group, put on your best platters and sit back to watch the wildlife go by.

As if sweeping views of the ocean weren’t enough, the architectural wonder that is Incognito features a pyramid glass ceiling over the enormous living area so you look up and marvel at the stars. The open fireplace, private ensuite spas and jacuzzi room have us hanging out for a wintery escape down to this part of the world.

Freshwater House

Set on eight acres of rolling hills, book a stay at Freshwater House and stroll down to swim in a rock pool by a waterfall on Margaret River. With its massive outdoor entertaining area, sun loungers and heaps of activities, you’ll be sure to satisfy every one of your crew.
