Sometimes you’re after a pad that’s big enough for the whole crew, others you just want a romantic bolthole where you can take your fave one for some one-on-one time.

Whatever floats your boat, pack the car, queue the road trip playlist and brace yourself for the arbitrary pitstop at Bunbury's Farmers Market—Urban List has lined up the best Busselton Airbnbs to inspire your 2026 escape.

Romantic Busselton getaway here we come. Boanning Bayside gives Hamptons vibes, just a three-minute walk from the beach, bike track and jetty (and your champion hosts can hook you up with actual bikes if you need).

It’s a semi-attached studio addition to the family home, yet it’s super private and gorgeously styled, with a lovely little outdoor deck you can call your own.

We love that your hosts provide a complimentary continental breakfast of local produce for you to munch on during your stay, plus there’s a barbecue on your deck for firing up for sunset eats later. Bringing your bub? There’s a portacot available so they can stay in your room.

Samphire Chalet Tuart

Luxe, light and with views for days, Samphire Chalet Taurt is one of three adults-only eco-retreats that sit along the Wonnerup Estuary, ten minutes out of Busselton.

Your WA Airbnb offers swish living, with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over a private dam, and some striking design touches (not least in the sleek modern kitchen and vibrant bathroom).

Roll on out to your own private deck and take to one of the cushioned seats to enjoy your morning cuppa with a view. You’ve got a shared backyard to wander and your own private fire pit zone with stone seating for sunset chats. Come bedtime, expect to snuggle up in a King-size bed and dream of what you’ll do tomorrow.

Beachside 880

Oh yes, we can already picture sunset drinks and barbecues on the balcony at Beachside 880. It's directly across from the beach so you'll get uninterrupted views over Geographe Bay whether you're chilling outside or lounging on the large couch inside under the aircon.

This place is perf if you’re a family, because even a threenager could toddle their way to Busselton’s beach, play parks, cafes and restaurants from here. (There’s also a secure garage space for one car if wheels are mandatory for your crew.)

It doesn't hurt that the rest of this two bedroom apartment is luxe throughout, with a designer kitchen for whipping up that post-adventure feast.

Salt & Pepper Cottage

Say g’day to your own slice of history, just 200 metres from the shops and cafes of Busselton town centre. This 100-year-old cottage may look deceptively simple from the outside, but we're kinda obsessed with the old-school charm and laidback surf shack vibes.

Your black and white-themed Airbnb is perfectly located between the main strip and Busselton Jetty and has a recently expanded undercover patio in the backyard (hello festoon lights) to hang out on after a day at the beach.

Whip up a snack in the full kitchen (we love the pops of colour), or fire up the barbecue outside. The three family-size bedrooms all have smart TVs with complimentary Netflix which is pretty handy. Oh, and the doggo can come too, just contact the hosts to discuss in advance.

West Busselton | Sleeps 8

The Bach

Surrounded by peppermint trees on a quiet street, a short toddle into town and 350 metres from Busselton Beach sits The Bach. It’s a character-filled Airbnb, with large soaring windows that allow you to gaze out at nature from the comfort of your couch.

Inside, expect exposed timber beams and recycled jarrah from the lot's old cottage. There's a cool art-filled lounge area and a theatre room with a quirky exposed brick wall and a smart TV for Netflix sessions.

Our fave bit? The outside deck with its barbecue and furniture for family gatherings. If we’re not there, you'll likely find us hiding out in the beautiful bath gazing at the ornate pendant light hanging above.

Abbey | Sleeps 4

Casa Arriba

Pining for an overseas jaunt but can’t afford the exxy airfares? At least we can pretend we're smashing sangria in New Mexico at this terracotta-hued Santa Fe-style Airbnb

It's located a little further south of the main strip, about ten minutes to both Busselton and Dunsborough, but we reckon this just opens up more epic spots to eat and drink, plus this vibrant home is also only a 400-metre stroll from the beach so sand-time is practically mandatory.

Your accommodation may be only 60 sqm but it sleeps four courtesy of one Queen bed, and a King that can be split into two singles if needed. We love that this place has a U-shaped driveway with heaps of room for two cars (or a car with a boat perhaps?)

7th Heaven

Outdoor undercover kitchen feel like something you could get to grips with? This luxe Busselton Airbnb is just a six-minute walk from the beaches, and with four gorgeous bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s perfect for groups looking for a getaway down south.

The fully-enclosed backyard is a top spot for the kiddies to play, plus that outdoor kitchen has a built-in barbecue for year-round feasting with the fam. Did we mention there’s three living rooms to cosy up in, each with a TV?

Gather the gang for a game of ping pong in the garage. Need to chill? Those who love an outdoor soak will be stoked to discover the outdoor bath surrounded by greenery.

Broadwater | Sleeps 2

Lola By The Bay

Meet Lola. She’s your uber cute guest suite, within five minutes of the beach and just 6km outside of Busselton. She’s a self-contained space located along the west wing of the hosts’ family home, but you get your own private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and patio area which is ideal for couples.

Grab the bath salts and prepare for a long hot soak in the lovely white tub before sitting at the breakfast bar with a cuppa and planning your day’s play. There’s shops and eateries nearby to explore, plus Dunsborough and the Margaret River wine region are on your doorstep if some cellar door action calls.

Geographe | Sleeps 4

BluBay View

A five-star rated stay offering sea vistas and a lush outdoor bath, BluBay View is a pretty epic spot for a small group stay. You’re in Geographe here, a four-minute drive from Busselton, and yet you can walk to the jetty via the 2km path with no trouble.

Your Airbnb comes with two living spaces, two bedrooms and two toilets which is pretty handy, plus there’s a lovely wooden deck where you can sit and admire that view. Fire up the barbecue and take to the hammock while you wait for it to warm up (with a glass of something special perhaps?)

Later, you might fancy taking a trip downstairs to the games room, where you can watch the wide-screen TV or play darts with the crew. Rather chill? Head out through the roller door to the zen zone where you’ll find that outdoor bath, plus an outdoor hot water shower if you prefer.
