This inclusion is a little drive from Coolum but one that couldn’t be missed and absolutely deserves to be on your hit list. The laid-back dining space at Sole Restaurant presents a carefully curated menu of seafood delights, which is absolutely worth the drive. 

The Charred Fillet of Reef Fish ticks all the boxes for taste and presentation. As for their Traditional Fish & Chips, next-level, using Brouhaha Maleny Larger in the batter. Eat your heart out at one of the Sunshine Coast’s most raved-about seafood restaurants.
