Oysters—you either love them or hate them, but at just $1 or $2 a pop, Sydney’s best oyster happy hours are impossible to pass up. At Urban List, we can't get enough of the freshly shucked shellfish, whether they're served au naturel, with a splash of mignonette, or a zingy vinaigrette—there’s something undeniably luxe about knocking back an oyster (or a half-dozen) with a glass of bubbly in hand.
The slippery seaside delicacy can usually set you back a pretty penny, but luckily many of Sydney's best bars and seafood spots slash prices for a few hours, making it easy to indulge in your existing or untapped oyster obsession without breaking the bank.
Here’s where to find the best and cheapest oyster happy hours in Sydney.
