Sydney is a heavy-hitter when it comes to super-fresh seafood and on the shucking front, well, we low-key serve up some of the best damn oysters around.
This slippery seaside delicacy can set you back a pretty penny (especially if you're hoping to knock back more than one or two), but happily—plenty of Sydney's greatest oyster haunts drop prices for an hour or two once a week so you can indulge your oyster obsession.
Here, you'll find where to score oysters for as little as a $1, discounted champagne and spritz to pair them with and one-off dressings like smokey soy truffle. These are Sydney's best oyster happy hours.

Fratelli is also serving $1 scoops of gelato (16 flavours, including black forest, cookies and cream, tiramisu, Nutella and passionfruit and raspberry sorbet) and $10 spritz too.
