Maisie Gray

Junior Commercial Content Producer | Urban List

Maisie is a young kiwi living in Sydney and a lover of the salt + sun + surf trifecta, live music, and a Saturday morning spent thrifting with friends. Before joining Urban List in 2024, she was a Communications Advisor for Ngāi Tahu, the principal Māori iwi (tribe) of the South Island of New Zealand, where she helped tell the rich cultural stories of the iwi’s whānau members. With a true passion for media and creative communications, Maisie aims to tell stories that stop the scroll, spark conversation, and form emotional connections beyond the page.

As Junior Commercial Content Producer: Maisie lives at the sweet spot between where creativity meets strategy—dreaming up, writing, and producing branded content that gets people talking and clicking. From punchy social posts to full-blown content hubs, features and video series, she crafts campaigns that vibe with our audience and deliver for our clients.

When she's not writing, shooting, interviewing talent, or producing, you can find Maisie at the beach soaking up some sun, having a boogie to some local house, or preparing a new dish for a potluck with her housemates. You'll also find her on a camping adventure, roaming the shops of Surry and always saying yes to time spent with fam and friends.
