Pop the champas, fill the flutes and woo those arms—we’re totally ready to say goodbye to yet another raging dumpster fire of a year that was 2023 and usher in a hopefully better 2024. 

So dust off your dancing shoes and check out these themed festivities, rooftop soirees and swanky seaside sippers. Here are the Gold Coast's best New Year’s Eve events you need to consider this year.

New Year’s Eve At Burleigh Pavilion

Of course, we couldn’t write about the Gold Coast’s best spots for a party without including Burleigh Pavilion. This New Year’s Eve, Burleigh Pavilion and The Tropic will come together for one epic New Year's Eve Party with Grammy-award winning UK DJ and producer, Riton headlining the night. Cult-favourite electronic dance tracks like 'Fake ID' and 'Turn Me On' will be spinning all night, with the Pav swinging open its doors from 12pm and partying hard until 2am.

Choose between an All Access ticket packages that include a two-hour beverage package, canapes and DJs from 6pm to 8pm in the Tropic, or a GA ticket which includes free entry and food from the Pavilion all night. This party is expected to sell out quickly—snag your tickets from 9am (QLD time) on Tuesday 31 October.

New Year's Eve Party At Kirra Beach House

The just-opened Kirra Beach House boasts some of the Gold Coast's most spectacular oceanfront views, so we can't think of a much better place to ring in the new year. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking views from the terraces as you watch the night sky explode with vibrant colors and dazzling displays.
