A Night Market To Remember
Now there have been a lot of Christmas markets around Melbourne recently, but this one stands out from the crowd for good reason. The Ethical Christmas Night Market aims to provide a shopping alternative through gifts that are ethically made and distributed, including eco-friendly, vegan, fair labour and homemade products. How awesome is that?! Stationery, home décor, clothing, beauty products, jewellery…the list goes on, all while knowing that your dollars are being spent on gifts that are truly worth it. The market will also include live music and food stalls, so make sure you don’t miss out. More information is available here.

A Very Southern Christmas @ Po’ Boy Quarter
Anyone up for a tur-duck-en this Christmas? Po’ Boy Quarter is hosting an epic Christmas dinner a little bit earlier than we normally expect Christmas, with plenty of Southern favourites. The flavours pack a punch, with hickory-smoked beef brisket, pulled pork with apple and absinthe, and sweet, sweet pumpkin pie all on the menu. Grab a cool drink as well, with select craft beers and classic cocktails included. To celebrate a true Southern American Christmas, just head here.

Shhh…It’s A Secret
Head to the 1950s this #TBT at A Secret Place, one of Melbourne’s fanciest jazz bars. Previously a members-only New York Clubhouse, the opulent venue is now open to the public on Thursdays, along with a swinging jazz quartet, amazing cocktails and stellar service all in the heart of the city. Book here in advance on their exclusive list to avoid an entry fee, so you’ve got more cash to splash on an intimate night of drinks, dancing and debauchery.

Burn City Smokers Are Back!
Melbourne’s roaming BBQ bros are finally setting up shop in Mornington this week! The BBQ Beach Boutique pop-up will feature ribs, mac ‘n’ cheese, and brisket burgers, so you can spend the day in the sun with amazing food as well! There’ll also be locally produced wines and breakfast available, with late-nights also catering to those who want to relax on a lazy summer evening. The pop-up is only open for just over a month, so start planning your road trip soon before you miss out. All the details can be found here.
