All Week

AO Festival

PSA Melbourne, here's your chance to get your food loving hands on the likes of Tokyo Tina, Huxtaburger, Hotel Jesus and Jimmy Grants all in one place! Kicking off today, the AO Festival boasts some of the best areas to view all the ace (hah) Australian Open action while chowing down on Melbourne's best dishes. Think Salmon Poke bowls, tender lamb souvas and spicy kick-ass tacos...and it's free to enter! Head to the AO Festival website for all the details.

Wominjeka Festival

One of the most unique, culturally rich festivals is running until Saturday! Headed by the Footscray Community Arts Centre, the Wominjeka Festival will celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in Melbourne’s west. Show some love and boogie to live music, vibrant performances, art, film and a range of family-friendly activities. The program varies daily, check out more details via the website.

Midsumma Festival

Midsumma has well and truly arrived having kicked off yesterday. This year's festival is headlined by three massive events, the all-day-all-night party which was held on Sunday 15th, the Midsumma Pride March which kicks off next week and Midsumma Horizon—a new art party at Testing Grounds in the CBD. You can check out the full list of events right here.

Pop Up Cinema At Common Man

Head down to the pointy end of South Wharf and take in the perfect Melbourne sunset in front of the new 7m x 4m screen at Common Man. With classic movies coming up like Finding Nemo, Pretty Woman and Frozen your summer nights are sorted. Check out the full rundown of what's coming up here.

The Book of Mormon Opens

The widely acclaimed Book of Mormon throws open its curtains this Wednesday. Winner of a gobsmacking nine Tony Awards (how many awards have you won in your adult life?), this uproariously comedic, cleverly satirical musical is a must for summer. Music and lyrics were written by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone, with a combined resume boasting the likes of South Park, Avenue Q and the-best-animated-movie-ever-ever Frozen.
