Their new Onemata At Home offering showcases the very best of New Zealand produce, with a menu that will change each fortnight. First up is braised coastal lamb shoulder (or slow-baked whole roasted cauliflower for the vegetarians) with roasted duck fat potatoes, glazed carrots, rocket greens, and the icing on the cake—sticky date pudding with salted caramel.
