Oh hello four-day weekend! Aren’t we all glad to see you? We’ve lined up a stack of activities to get you into the Easter spirit and stop you from devouring endless quantities of choccy eggs and hot cross buns for its entirety. For those keen to ditch the Easter rituals, don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you. Events like an awesome Freo street festival, mega marketplace and an epic Sunday sesh are set to keep you occupied.

The City of Fremantle is  bringing back the ever so popular Fremantle Street Arts Festival this year and we’re pumped! We love a good street festival here at The Urban List and this one looks like a 10 outta 10. Check this read out for more info!

We are loco for the coco! Coconut Club have set sail from their hometown of Subiaco and are docking down at Lizzie Quay for the weekend. They will be taking over Embargo Container Bar with free entry from 6pm ‘til midnight, live entertainment, boat loads of food and drink stalls and a free party bus to Jack Rabbit Slims at midnight! What more could you ask for?

For all you Perthlings that are all about the food, the Freo Street Arts Festival is bringing us the Street Arts Food Village in King’s Square this weekend. It is classed as the ‘official’ food village of this year’s festival and we are starting to drool just thinking about it. Hidden amongst the magical Morton Bay fig trees in the beautiful King’s Square, you will find us stuffing our faces if you wanna join in?

Guildhall Event Space know how to do Sunday sessions right. This Easter long weekend they are treating our ears and our bellies to a special Easter Pop Up Bar. Make sure you bring your homies down to enjoy some awesome cocktails, tunes and amazing food. We’re mainly going for the chocolate…. alllllll of the chocolatteeeeeee.

Head down to The Rosemount Hotel this Sunday arvo for some chilled vibes, awesome tunes and delish food. Last month, this event almost turned into a full blown block party so who knows what will happen this time around!

If all you want to do is bump and grind to some R&B jams this weekend, then we have the perfect night for you. Guildford Town Hall are putting on a Rhythm ‘n’ Soul spectacular featuring Black Swan Club DJs where all you have to do is boogie until midnight and eat food from Alfred’s Kitchen. Umm heaven? Don’t forget to BYO your bevvies!

AFL fans rejoice, footy is back! The Eagles take on Brisbane at Subi on Sunday, while Freo play the Bulldogs away but for those of you without tix, there will be a bunch of pubs around Perth screening all the action including The Inglewood Hotel, The Wembley, The Vic and The Leftbank!
