Ashgrove locals love Revive, and for good reason. This physio-run, exercise science focussed Brisbane Pilates studio is dedicated to making your body feel and look better. Strengthening and toning are the name of the game across their timetable of classes; equipment and mat Pilates are all on offer in group or one-on-one settings. They even offer corporate Pilates to desk jockeys in need of a stretch.
Harlow Hot Yoga
Unless you’ve been living under some kind of pre-social media rock, you’ve probably heard of hot yoga, but hot Pilates? The hot stretching and bending experts at Harlow have added this super-charged Pilates style to their repertoire, and by all reports, it’s awesome.
