Wild Turkey Cocktails And Southern Menu At Coogee Bay Hotel

Coogee Bay Hotel is heading south this month, with a southern-inspired menu that’s embracing all things Wild Turkey—plus there’s a few cocktails to match. When it comes to food, you’ll want to order one of everything—hot wings and blue cheese sauce, southern pulled pork burger with slaw and chipotle aioli, and don’t forget the seafood and chorizo jambalaya. The main event is obviously the selection of signature cocktails—they’re all delicious, FYI. There’s the barrel aged hazelnut old fashioned and Manhattan, the Wild Turkey gold rush (with fresh lemon juice and honey), and the Wild Turkey brown derby (pink grapefruit and honey). Cheers!

Southern-Style Cocktails At The Horse

For the next month, Wild Turkey cocktails will be taking over The Horse, so now you know where to head for your southern cocktail fix. There are a couple of specials available throughout the month, with a simple Wild Turkey and apple combo, and their Wild Turkey firebird as well. The firebird is worth a special mention, since it starts out with a smoked glass, spiked with Grand Marnier, Cinzano Rosso, Maraschino and a splash of Wild Turkey 101. We can’t wait for tomorrow night!

Wild Turkey Cocktails & Menu At Taylor’s Rooftop

If you can’t make it to Coogee, but don’t want to miss out on all of the southern fun, then head to Taylor’s Rooftop tomorrow night for a Wild Turkey and apple, the epic firebird we mentioned earlier, or a couple of the barrel aged cocktails. The southern-inspired menu will be going strong here (available until 10 June), with pork ribs ($14) and Wild Turkey bourbon-spiked chilli con carne with rice ($18)—because winter. We can’t think of a better way to warm up on a chilly night, and ring in the weekend in style.
