negroni week

Now that winter has well and truly kicked in and all we want to do is stay inside until the sun comes out, we have found some great things to do in Sydney that will allow you to do just that.

We’ve got cocktail workshops, degustations, winter-themed drinks, and plenty of Negronis to keep you warm. Let’s get this week started!

Negroni Week Begins!

Are you obsessed with negronis as much as we are? If you answered “hell yes” to that question then you’ll probably already know about Negroni Week which is kicking off today. On this glorious week, drinking a negroni at one of the many participating venues (including The Clock Hotel, Mojo Record Bar and Casoni) will not only be delicious, it will also be supporting local charities. For the list of bars in Sydney participating, head here

Vermouth Workshop At Kagura

Vermouth always plays a supporting role in the cocktail show, but it’s time for this fortified wine to take centre stage. Held at Kagura, the Sydney Cocktail Club is going to show you how to make your own fancy cocktails with vermouth as the star of the show. Owner Flynn, being an avid cocktail enthusiast, will show you how to appreciate this ingredient and also teach you how to use it in both hot and cold cocktails. With the weather getting ridiculously cold, we are going to definitely need some hot cocktails! Head online to get your tickets.
