Dumpling Roulette At Din Tai Fung
Sydney’s most popular dumpling masters at Din Tai Fung are bringing back their Dumpling Roulette this year. Yep, in honour of the silly season, you’ll eat your way through the dumpling roulette wheel with friends (or by yourself—no judgment). There’s xiao long bao in three yummy AF flavours of their signature pork, Italian black truffle, and crab and pork chilli dumpling. To cool things down, make sure you order one of their limited-edition fruit popsicle because who doesn’t love a popsicle?

Tinnies & Tacos with Bucket Boys
As the Sydney summer heats up, crack open a cold one with the Bucket Boys Tinnies & Tacos at 3 Weeds Rozelle. The Bucket Boys are a couple of weird and wacky experimenters who’ve collaborated with some of Australia’s best breweries to bring some next level brews to you. ICYMI, you not only get an icy cold ‘surprise’ tinnie on arrival, but also a date with beer’s new best friend—tacos. There’ll also be a Q&A about all things beer but frankly they had us at beer and tacos.

Set your alarm early and make your way down to Coogee Beach for a zen AF way to start your morning this hump day. The best part? Your productivity will be on point for the rest of the day but the fact that this yoga class is free helps a tonne too.
