Relax, unwind, and rejuvenate with an escape to one of the best day spas Brisbane/Meanjin has to offer. From the north to the south, specialised therapists work their magic, turning sore stressed bodies and minds into temples of zen, while already blissed-out peeps can skip the stress busters and indulge in some serious beautifying treatments.

We here at Urban List think it’s high time you carved out some space to de-stress and rejuvenate, so we did the hard yards and tested treatments all over town to come up with 10 of the best day spas in Brisbane, where you can switch off your phone, shut out the world and get glowing again.
