Give us great food and we’re happy. Give us great food and shopping and things get taken to a whole new level. And so, when we heard that Sylvia Park is set expand to include a multi-million dollar food precinct later this year, we pretty much lost our shit.
Called The Grove, and costing almost ten million dollars, this new dining precinct will provide a contemporary alfresco dining experience that includes six new restaurants, a new town square, gorgeous landscaping and a pavilion.
The existing dining lane is already getting a makeover, and this new venture should seamlessly add to the experience.
The group behind it, Kiwi Property, are the same that brought The Brickworks to Lynnmall, transforming the space into a foodie paradise.
And, just what food can Aucklanders expect to enjoy? While there are still some unknowns, Kiwi Property are working with Britomart Hospitality Group, who will (hopefully) bring Better Burger and Mexico to Sylvia Park.
Let’s just say, we can’t wait to explore this new nook of our city!
