Introducing the Colourama Series, your chance to experience two of the finer things in life—champagne and art.
Held throughout February, Veuve Clicquot and up-and-coming artist Holly Schroder will host a series of masterful art and champagne classes. Guests will learn about the intricacies of Schroder’s art while sipping on bubbles. She’ll share her painting techniques, which include the use of vibrant colours and the concept of pareidolia—something that occurs when the brain is bombarded with a stimulus, allowing multiple possibilities of what something could be. After hearing Schroder’s secrets, guests will create their own painting on a canvas to take home later.
The sessions are a perfect way to get excited about the upcoming New Zealand Polo Open on Saturday, 23 February and to get a sneak peek at the Veuve Clicquot Marquee.
So, gather some friends and, with a drink in one hand and a brush in the other, you’re sure to have a blast.
