Life Made: Magnum Is Launching A Vegan Ice Cream

Kiwi’s can’t get enough of the deliciousness that is ice cream—particularly in the summer heat. And now, Magnum has announced that vegans can have a piece of the goodness.

Dropping in February there’s not just one, but two new dairy free flavours. And, we’re calling it, they’ll be devoured in approximately five seconds because they’ll be that good.

Each flavour combines the deliciously smooth, velvety vanilla ice cream with thick cracking chocolate. And better yet, only the highest quality plant-based products have been used, with each ingredient certified by the Vegan Association—game changing for New Zealand’s ever-growing vegan community.

Now for the next most important detail—where can you buy them. Magnum Dairy Free will be available around New Zealand from Monday, 18 February. You’ll find them at Pak ‘N Save, New World, Countdown and most convenience stores. They’ll sell for an RRP of $3.90 for a single and $6.99 for a pack of three.

Can't wait until February? Here's 10 places to enjoy a vegan dinner in Auckland.
