Auckland’s latest new opening brings the flavours of Vietnam to Jervois Road! Say hello to Saigon Kitchen, the new gem serving up authentic cuisine that’s set to impress.
Bringing the streets of Saigon to our doorstep, enticing scents of freshly made pho escape the kitchen and you’ll be drawn to step inside. There, you'll be greeted by a vibrant mural and a mouthwatering front cabinet stocked with salads and summer rolls.
Serving both lunch and dinner, sit back under the lanterns, sipping Vietnamese coffee and prepare for the feast of your lives.
Our top pick is the curry chicken. Served with steamed rice, this lunchtime fave features tender boneless chicken infused and cooked in curry spices with potatoes, carrots and coconut.
Or, if you go nuts for noodles, the wicked beef rice noodle is for you. This pho stars slow cooked beef soup with a triple treat of lean meats, tender beef, and beef balls. Aromatic and drool-worthy, this one is a winner in our books. It’s also served with fresh basil leaves, lemon and bean sprouts for those who like a ‘lil extra garnish.
If you’re a big fan of banh mi, be sure to check out the cabinet up front which changes daily. Who knows what flavours you’ll find! But be sure to get in quick, these gems are the first to go.
Blowing your mind all the way to Vietnam and back, you won’t regret paying a visit to Saigon Kitchen.
