Hot off the press this morning comes the news that Samsung’s sick new foldable phone has been released in New Zealand.
The ground-breaking Samsung Galaxy Fold is available for pre-sale in New Zealand on Monday December 9 with shipping on December 18—what a time to be alive.
A hybrid between a phone and a tablet, the 7.3-inch infinity flex display will have anyone who sees it absolutely agog. Over the past few months, Samsung has refined the Galaxy Fold’s design and construction to bring you the beast you see today.
You’ll be able to shoot film and images with the display closed, and then open it to watch it back while multitasking on several apps at once.
But wait, there’s more, the Galaxy Fold comes with a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds (wireless in-ear headphones), a slim lightweight Aramid fibre phone cover and one-on-one access to Samsung experts in case you have questions about your lit new acquisition.
We have just the one question—how the hell does it work? You can find out here. If you're keen to get your mitts on one (and who isn't), there will be devices available to play with from today at the Samsung kiosks at Albany Mall and Sylvia Park. There will also be one at PB Tech on Queen Street. Get in.
