Basically yes, this is a thing and it’s happening and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Anyway—colour us curious, because the idea of a smashed avocado music festival sounds just ironic enough to be funny. It's in Melbourne (of course), so the dress code is probably all-black.
It really is dedicated music and smashed avo’ festival. The organisers are putting quite a bit of effort into both fronts. Regarding tunes, you’ve got a full line-up, headlined by “avocado afficionado” Spacey Space. And on the avo’ front, there’ll be smashed avo’ masterclasses, avo’ and spoon races, and cocktails made from avocados and activated almonds (this thing isn’t sponsored by Pete Evans, is it?)
The location is TBA at this stage, but we do know it’s in the Docklands (ain't got nothing on the Auckland Viaduct though). The full DJ line-up will be dropping shortly. The plan is to go ahead, rain, hail or shine.
