Zen Out With The Fishes At This Underwater Yoga Class

Under the sea

Just when you thought yoga classes couldn’t get any more zen, we’ve gone and found a yoga class under the sea. Now, in case you’re wondering, it’s basically a less cute but wayyyyy prettier version of goat yoga, and we dig it.

It’s happening at Kelly Tarlton's and your water chakras are guaranteed to be all kinds of aligned after 90-minutes of hatha yoga led by acclaimed yogi Lauren James.

So this is the low down. You’re not technically in the water but you are surrounded by it. And lots of it. You'll be getting bendy in the aquarium which is home to over 1,500 fish friends as well as some not-so-friendly (but totally safe from a distance) sharks. Oh so now you’re pleased that you won’t be in the actual water? We thought so.

The glow of the shimmering water is peaceful enough but here's the best part. All money raised from the event will go towards the SEA LIFE Trust and Eat Less Plastic so you can feel good about doing your bit whilst doing chataranga under the sea.

Get amongst it and treat your mind, body and soul to an experience you won't forget.
