Perth is brimming with top-notch restaurants serving up delicious eats and chic vibes that are guaranteed to dish out the goods for your next power lunch. From chic bistros to elegant fine dining experiences, here’s the low down on Perth’s best spots to wine, dine and make business moves in style.

The Reveley

Eastern Promenade The Towers at Elizabeth Quay, Ophir Walk, Perth WA 6000

Boasting three levels—The Boardwalk, Low Kee and Henry’s—and stunning views out over Elizabeth Quay, The Reveley is one of our top picks for schmoozing a crowd. Its elegant dining room, Low Kee, showcases the best local produce WA has to offer and we can't recommend the Feed Me menu enough. Just think: hot smoked Tasmanian salmon, duck liver parfait, pan roasted barramundi and Arkady grass fed lamb shoulder. The $25 lunch specials are also exceptional if you're not into the share-style experience. Otherwise, for more of a casual vibe, head downstairs to The Boardwalk. If all goes well, you can make your way up to Henry's for a celebratory rooftop drink.

The Royal

531 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000

Incredibly restored and nothing short of pure beauty, The Royal pays homage to its 1882 origin and history of being the heart and soul of Perth. The menu here is super cool and features daily specials like a prime beef roast or fancy pie as well delicious shares like crispy prawn po boys with hot sauce, oozy baked camembert and pork cotoletta (aka the Italian version of a schnitty) with brown butter, sage, capers and a fennel and cabbage salad. Dessert shouldn’t be missed—we’d only ever order the dark chocolate semifreddo with coconut, raspberry and salted oreos.

Servo

9 Electric La, Leederville WA 6007

Whilst stopping in at Servo for a quick lunch is completely acceptable, the feed me menu is an extravaganza not to be missed. It rotates on the daily but you can expect goodies like half shell scallops with curry butter, wood fire bread with lashings of stracciatella and deep fried zucchini flowers with ricotta as entree. For main, roasted lamb shoulder with labneh and pomegranate or harissa prawn campanelle with wood fired tomatoes promises to hit the spot. Do not leave without ordering the peanut butter ice cream bar. It’s nothing but drool-worthy.

Tiny’s

Perth bar, restaurant and liquor emporium Tiny’s is all about big flavours with an Asian edge. Expect family-style plates of protein roasted on a wood fired grill and rotisserie paired with vegetables picked from the rooftop garden and an impressive drinks list. Our hot tip? Ensure every meal includes the roast chicken—you’ll soon see why it’s gained cult status in the Perth food scene.

The Garden

742 Newcastle St, Leederville WA 6007

Set amongst the gum trees in the Leederville Precinct, The Garden’s relaxed vibes and grazing menu make it the ideal spot for lunch and a drink or three. There’s some pretty great lunch specials like an antipasto platter or chargrilled chicken salad with prosciutto, rocket and pear. For something a little more upmarket, order off the hearty lunch menu with share plates like cured meats and kingfish crudo to start followed by pappardelle with Italian pork sausage or grilled goldband snapper with a prosecco butter.

The good folk at Hearth serve up brunch from Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 3pm in their very swanky lounge on the ground floor of The Ritz-Carlton. While the name and menu may suggest more of a breakfast feel, you can order lunch dishes like line caught WA fish Cafe de Paris butter and charged capsicum, the wagyu beef burger or ricotta gnocchi with peas and mascarpone. Sounds worthy of a corporate lunch if you ask us.

The Stables

888 Hay St, Perth WA 6000

There is nothing about The Stables we don’t love. For a group lunch, the shared style menu or set two and three courses are the way to go. Each option features the likes of sweet potato gnocchi with mushrooms and spinach, crispy skin barramundi with crushed baby potatoes and for those sharing, a whole 1.5kg slow cooked Albany lamb shoulder. Your clients will love you and you’ll walk out of there feeling like a hero.

By now we’re sure you get it, we love a menu where the chef throws all their faves at us. Less choosing, less hassle, and a whole lotta tasty dishes to feast on. Cue Lotus—a modern Southeast Asian style restaurant set within The Beaufort, home to the best feed me menu in Perth. As you sip on zesty cocktails, you’ll get to discover an array of authentic dishes filled with seasonal inspiration including pot sticker dumplings, fragrant curries, succulent meats and veggies that will knock your socks off. The bonus? There’s also dessert. It’s definitely worth saving room for.

Besk

264 Railway Parade, West Leederville WA 6007

This incredible and not-so-little neighbourhood bar and restaurant offers one of the best wine selections in Perth alongside a rotating menu of spirits, local and international beers. With a strong focus on seasonal produce and local ingredients, each dish is superbly divine. The team at Besk celebrate the finest ingredients from their favourite farmers and producers, meaning you can never expect the same thing twice. Our recent faves? The crispy butternut pumpkin and scamorza croquettes with hot honey and miso mayo as well as jaw-dropping cheeses like stracciatella (best eaten with Goods Bakery sourdough) and buffalo burrata. Head’s up, the espresso martini is the best lunchtime pick me up you could ask for.

Santini Bar & Grill

Level 1/133 Murray St, Perth WA 6000

Santini is an Italian wonderland everyone deserves to visit at least once in their life. The menu, curated by Creative Culinary Lead Nic Wood, focuses on fresh seasonal produce, thoughtfully sourced and simply cooked—think locally aged Parmesan, custom made burrata and freshly-picked San Marzano tomatoes. With its open plan kitchen, white bold terracotta and turquoise hues, you’ll feel like you’ve been whisked off to the Mediterranean. The three course feasting menu is totally lush with dishes like crispy zucchini blossoms, wood grilled Abrolhos Island octopus and a tomahawk lamb chop. It would be rude not to order the tiramisu and maybe just one cannoli to take back to the office with you.

Subi Continental

10 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco WA 6008

This upmarket bistro is the place to be for fans of the sea with its own seafood bar serving oysters, crudo (raw and cured fish) and Shark Bay prawn cocktails. After indulging in a martini and a half dozen oysters, settle in for a plate of comfort with pastas, steaks and roast meats. There’s Chicho gelato and sorbet for dessert so it’s really a no brainer.

The Meat & Wine Co

If a steak is on the cards, hop on over to The Meat & Wine Co where you can choose everything from a fillet to a New Yorker and rib eye. Just make sure you order all the sides and don’t skimp on the truffle mac and cheese. You may be rolling back to the office but we reckon that’s perfectly acceptable after entertaining a crowd. For larger groups, there’s two intimate private dining rooms set within the historic building. In a rush? Try the express one, two or three course lunch meals with szechuan calamari and a chargrilled steak.

Stampa!

125 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000

Housed inside Print Hall, Stampa! slings out Italian dishes inspired by the Amalfi Coast—the holiday destination we all have on our bucket list. Handmade fresh pastas, seafood and meats represent each of the Italian regions with a wine list that’s as good as the country itself. During the week, the two course lunch special gives diners a choice of antipasto along with pastas and steak. Wash it all down with a spiked affogato and you’ll win employee of the month.

Wildflower

COMO The Treasury Level 4, 1 Cathedral Ave, Perth WA 6000

When nothing but the best will do, there is no other choice than Wildflower. Occupying the top floor of COMO The Treasury, Wildflower serves contemporary dishes set against a backdrop of sweeping views over the Swan River and CBD. Each of the dishes revolve around the indigenous ethos of the six seasons with farmer and forager-driven menus. You can choose a six or eight course tasting menu complete with matched wines or some very boujee non-alcoholic accompaniments. For something that will leave a few dollars in the company’s bank account, the Flow lunch is a great way to get a taste of this institution. Available Wednesday to Sunday, the $69 menu will get you two courses plus bread and sides.

Cooee

171-173 Mounts Bay Rd, Perth WA 6000

Swan River views paired with a modern Australian dining experience have firmly planted Cooee in our good books. Take a seat outside and tuck into a seasonal menu with plates like Harvey Beef reserve range tartare, WA cuttlefish with nduja dressing and the duck and fig terrine. Order a side of house focaccia and don’t be afraid to get in there and mop up all that sauce.

Shui

12 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco WA 6008

Upon entering Shui, it’s only right to immediately order a round of spicy lychee margaritas as you get stuck into perusing the menu. How about tempura broccoli fritters with Szechuan caramel or Malaysian curried duck that quite literally melts in the mouth? With all that Asian spice, the watermelon salad with heirloom tomato and basil is a welcome hit of freshness that will soon become a crowd favourite.

Petition

State Buildings, St Georges Tce &, Barrack St, Perth WA 6000

It’s no surprise that much loved Perth venue Petition makes our list with its epicly good menu full of fresh local ingredients housing a whole heap of flavour. The menu changes regularly based on what’s in season but two things we’re pretty sure will always remain are the famous chopped broccoli salad (it has to be tried to be believed) and the triple cooked chips and aioli—it’s all about balance right? If you’re in need of a post-lunch drink, Wine Merchant and Beer Corner are a few feet away.

The Heritage

131 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000

Step through the iconic 1920s sandstone arches into the beautifully restored Royal Insurance Building and you’ll meet The Heritage. Standing proud in the city for over ten years, this haunt is a regular for many CBD crews for so many reasons. The one hour express menu or Chef’s menu with a tonne of yummy delights are both great choices. The fish croquettes, pork belly with celeriac and baby squid are all top-notch.

Long Chim

Corner of Barrack street &, St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000

Some say they save the best till last, and this could certainly be true for Long Chim. Inspired by the markets and street food of Thailand, Long Chim brings the tastes of modern Bangkok to the gorgeous State Buildings in Perth. The Maa Long Chim menu means to come sample and taste and that is exactly what this lunch proposes. For $85, you’ll get more food than we can mention. Minced pork prawns, red curry chicken, grilled lamb ribs and Thai tea ice cream are just some of what you’ll have served up. Full of zest and packing a punch, the adventurous food here will awaken all your senses.
