There is something for everyone this week, from 80s music lovers to whiskey connoisseurs. We’re also going to be celebrating 15 years since the release of Legally Blond (yes, you really are that old), drinking French wine in honour of the Tour de France and watching plenty of Scandi films at one of our favourite film festivals.
Here are 5 awesome things to do in Perth this week.

Scandinavian Film Festival Opening Night At Cinema Paradiso
The Scandinavian Film Festival is back for its third year and will be kicking off at Cinema Paradiso with the dark comedy Welcome To Norway. Head down early for some delish Scandinavian bites, a wine or two and a bit of Scandi pop thanks to DJ Harvey Rae. If you can’t make it to the opening you’re in luck as the festival runs until 3 August so you’ve got plenty of time to sneak a film or two in. Get the full program here.
Tour De France At Ria Malay Kitchen
Everyone is getting into the Tour De France spirit now and Ria Malay Kitchen is no exception. They’ll be putting on a rad wine dinner showcasing some amazing French wines so you can pretend you’re over there with the cyclists, but you’ll also get five courses of delish Malaysian food prepared by head chef Joel Clet #winning. Get all the deets here.
