Milktooth Coffee Dealers
This compact little shop with rustic decor, blackboards and mini succulents will leave you wanting more all day, errryday. The coffee is next level amaze-balls and their sweet treats look even better. Home to Perth's favourite Top Dup doughnuts, the coffee lords at Milktooth serve up the perfect brew to go with it. They are also known for the worlds best toasties and the latest and greatest, cold brew coffee! You can thank us after hitting up this joint.
The Juicist
Offering one of Perth’s best cold-pressed juice cleanses, the crew from The Juicist pride themselves on their nutrient rich, organic and sustainably produced juices, nut milks and kombucha. We love the R1—apple, carrot, beet and lemon—and the O1—orange, carrot and turmeric—but the nut milks are seriously delicious too. Choose between a one, two, three or four day cleanse—all include six cold pressed juices per day, plus one nut milk or kombucha to end the day on a different note. The Juicist deliver to most of the Perth metro area, but you can also pick the juices up from select locations around town. Check their website for more information.
Element Aveda
Subiaco boutique hair salon, Element Aveda, are all about harnessing the power of nature to create beautiful hair. One of the few Aveda hair salons in Perth, you won't find any nasty chemicals behind the doors of this salon, just a whole lot of hair-loving goodness. That said, these aren't no hippy dippies! The stylists at Element Aveda are all about creating fashion forward locks that rock.
Luna Leederville
Perched on the corner of Oxford and Vincent streets, Luna Leederville is one of our favourite Perth cinemas, and for good reason. Not only do they screen all of the best art-house and indie films and host talking pictures events in beautiful heritage surrounds, Luna’s choc tops are the bomb.com. In the warmer months Luna Outdoor opens up, screening movies in the beautiful courtyard. Grab a drink from The Luna Lounge before the show and revel in what going to the flicks used to be about!
Coco Belle Espresso Bar
If you need a coffee fix south of the river head to Coco Belle Espresso Bar in Mount Pleasant. They've got the whole exposed brick, black steel industrial vibe going on and a bangin' cup of joe to boot! Food-wise, we recommend Coco Belle's smashed potato and goats cheese cake with poached eggies, rocket and tomato—with a few slices of homemade cake for later of course! Coco Belle also serve up Five Senses Coffee which is a quality cup of brew...thank you coffee lords.
Petition Wine Bar & Merchant
OK, so there's wine, cheese, more wine, proscuitto, oysters, a bit more wine, more cheese and more wine. It's safe to say that everyone who loves wine and cheese, along with a gorgeous buzzy interior will love Petition Wine Bar & Merchant in the new State Buildings development in Perth's CBD. The wine menu at this place is on point and their food game is strong. We'd suggest heading there for a little pre-dinner fun and then head to Petition Kitchen after. In fact, why not go for the trifecta and finish the night off at Petition Beer corner? Do it, we dare you!
Strange Company
Fremantle small bar, Strange Company, is one of our fave weekend hangouts. With an awesome wine list (including wine on tap, huzzah!) as well as some kick-ass cocktails and plenty of boutique beers and ciders, there is a lot of fun to be had at this Perth hot spot. The food selection is top notch and if dessert is your thing (it's certainly ours) then don't go past the chocolate and hazelnut brownie with vanilla and cherry ice cream. Dang!
Westons Barbershop & Shave Parlour
Barbershops are the hip and cool new thing on the scene and Weston's Barbershop and Shave Parlour in Northbridge do a quality chop. While you're waiting you can enjoy a quick game of pool or manscape that fuzzy beard you've got goin' on. From the seniors to the young guns, the boys at Westons will leave your head looking more dapper than the cast of Mad Men. Snippity snip snip!
The George
Situated on Perth's St Georges Terrace is the ever popular Perth bar and restaurant, The George. The lavish wooden interiors and velvet booths are the perfect combination of upmarket comfort and The George pride themselves on using local, fresh produce. If high tea is your bag, The George are always running themed high teas events which are as equally fun as they are delicious. Alder & Co
From the white and blue exposed brick wall, to the cutest little mason jars holding handpicked flowers and all the other food and yummies in between, Alder & Co has opened up a whole new world of amazingness in East Fremantle. We love the blackberry jam ricotta pancakes with honey roasted peach, mascarpone cream and honey...yummmm.
The Groper And His Wife | City Beach
The Groper and His Wife is a City Beach institution—even after the two plus years it took to re-build after it burnt down in the City Beach fire. Now that it's back on its feet, The Groper is still dishing out seriously impressive seafood eats but they've taken the fit-out to a whole new level! If you haven't been yet you need to go and check out the mural from local artist Grace Slaven stat, then grab the fisherman’s banquet and dig in.
The Blue Flamingo
Inspired by the colourful and playful Californian Coast with a heavy South American vibe, The Blue Flamingo bar in Leederville will bring back all those crazy fun summer holiday memories. With refreshing cocktails and tasty eats to match, it's no wonder the themed courtyard is one of our fave places to hang. Get your hands on the Wet Flamingo, the French Martini or the Gin Fizz, and top it all off with their killer guac or one of their delish pizzas.
Myrtle Ivy
Myrtle Ivy in West Leederville is a little ‘hole in the wall’ cafe that oozes character and charm. Stocking cakes, sweet treats, takeaway lunch options (including toasties from the guys at Toastface Grillah), the timber interior, hanging light globes, knick knacks and chalk board menus will make you feel all warm and fuzzy. The team here uses 7 Seeds Coffee which helps to explain why every cup is so darn delicious.

The Sparrow’s Nest
Nestled into the bustling cafe strip in Victoria Park, The Sparrow's Nest will open your eyes to a whole new world of coffee-loving. Ever heard of a crèma brulee? Neither had we. But let's just say the shot of espresso topped with milk and foam, which is then sprinkled with sugar are and bruleed is seriously good.
Petition Beer Corner
If you want one of the most extensive beverage lists in Perth and an out of control range of bespoke beer in some pretty epic surroundings, then Petition Beer Corner is the place to be. Nestled in Perth’s State Buildings, Petition Beer Corner (one of the three Petition venues) is already one of our favourite Perth bars. The food menu here is top quality as you'd expect, but we are more focused on the beer list. With 18 taps pouring the classics as well as unique limited releases, beer lovers will be in paradise.
Moore & Moore Cafe
Fremantle breakfast spots don't come cuter than Moore & Moore Cafe in Henry Street. Housed in the heritage Moores building, the creative and unique decor makes for a comfortable, laid-back and quintessentially Freo experience. The feel-good breakfast and lunch menu is simple but spot on and the coffee is exceptional (they're brewing their own special blend of Karvan Coffee here).
Toastface Grillah
We firmly believe that toasted sandwiches are the way to a person’s heart and when it comes to the best grilled cheese in Perth, cafe Toastface Grillah take the cake. Tucked down the end of Grand Lane towards Wellington Street, this cool little spot serves up some of the most mouth-wateringly delicious toasties, coffee and cold-pressed juices. Our faves have to be the apple and gouda, brie and jam and the three cheese. Oh and remember to save room for the dessert toasties [insert open mouthed emoji here].
The Red Teapot
A cozy glass-front restaurant in Chinatown, Perth Chinese restaurant The Red Teapot is a popular destination for satisfying and cheap Northern Chinese. Cheap, cheerful and always buzzing, It’s the perfect spot to down dumplings with some brown-paper-bagged wine.
Power Living Myaree
Recently upgraded, Perth yoga studio Power Living Myaree is Perth’s premier hot yoga destination south of the river. This little sanctuary has a community area with plenty of greenery and a water pond, perfect for winding down before practice, or continuing to chill out in afterwards. Power Living Myaree is definitely one of the more relaxing hot yoga studios in Perth.
Three Sisters | Leederville
Three Sisters in Leederville are ticking alllll of the boxes whe it comes to Vietnamese eats. The sisters are dishing up traditional beef pho, rice vermicelli noodle bowls (all topped with a crunchy spring roll), delicious rice paper rolls and some of the most amazing banh mi we have seen in a while. They also do an awesome vegan pho with goji berries, lily flowers, shitaki, enoki and tofu so your vego friends don’t have to miss out. The space is tiny but beautiful so try to get a table and enjoy your lunch there.
Meet & Bun
Meet & Bun has popped up in Trinity Arcade and they are serving Shake Shack style burgers to the good people of Perth. With brioche buns, top quality beef patties and homemade chipotle mayo you can expect every bite to be insanely good, and the price isn't half bad either with burgers starting at $10. These guys also do fried chicken burgers and breakfast burgers so it looks like you'll have to go a few times and try them all.
Yoga Harmony
Yoga Harmony in Bedford has been open since 2013 and is one of those special places that focuses on health as well as happiness. Their amazing studio offers yoga and pilates for Perth beginners to super duper experts. Yoga Harmony also has a small retail shop where you can purchase yoga mats, yoga blocks, clothing and anything else that will help you to achieve your health and wellness goals. A must try in our books!
Co-Op Dining
With chef Kiren Mainwaring at the helm, Co-Op Dining in East Perth is one of the best restaurants in Perth and for good reason. Their five-course menu is next-level amazing, with an emphasis on wild foraged foods and produce from Western Australian passionate, responsible farmers and small family-run suppliers. All the produce is sustainable, organic or biodynamic and is of course, delicious. The perfect special occasion restaurant.
Holly Raye’s
Holly Raye's is probably the cutest little vintage looking cafe we have ever laid eyes on. A proud home of Micrology Coffee Roasters and the most badass cakes we've ever seen, it is a welcome addition for Bassendean locals (we're a little jealous). The exposed brick, painted floorboards and industrial pendant lights give a modern, yet homely feel to the place. The coffee is creamy with just the right amount of froth. You won't miss this bright little cafe as there's a ginormous mural of the owners' pooch, Angus, on the wall outside painted by the ever so talented Perth artist Anya Brock.
Public House
Public House in the Perth CBD is amaze-balls and the menu will probably blow your socks off. We're talking slow cooked chargrilled grass-fed beef skirt, pulled pork tacos, fried chickpeas, and maple creme brulee bacon ice cream with maple biscuit. ERRMERRGERRDDD! These guys have got South American fare down pat! Public House has the most welcoming and homely feel, you'll never want to leave.
Moana Coffee
Perth’s penchant for fine coffee and refurbished heritage spaces continues with Moana Coffee, housed within the old Moana chambers on Hay Street. Here, patrons are served up Bagels from Holy Bagel Company and a seasonal menu of sandwiches, salads, breakfast fare and soups. A mix of single origin and blends are rotated to satisfy the coffee fanatics. Our top tip: get on the latest caffeine trend and try the cold brew here.
Flora & Fauna
Tucked away in a little laneway off Aberdeen Street, quirky hole-in-the-wall Perth cafe Flora & Fauna may be small but it has a big bunch of loyal fans. At just 18sqm, this tiny cafe serves up Micrology coffee, fresh pressed juices, fine teas and an all-day brunch menu that ranges from French toast topped with fresh edible flowers to freshly made raw treats.
Hannah Etherington Flowers
Hannah Etherington is one of Perth's flower superstars. If you have ever walked into her Claremont store late in the day, looked around and thought all the good stuff was gone, then watched her pull an arrangement together you probably thought you were witnessing magic. If you give her a little extra notice and get in while all the best pickings are still available, you can get the most epic of bouquets.
The Flower Run
Online florist The Flower Run source the best flowers each morning to make a brilliant bouquet which you can get in kraft brown wrap or a glass jar for same day delivery. These guys offer the small bunch, the big bunch and a subscription too. Best of all, you can up the ante by adding some Bahen & Co chocolate, a Top Dup donut or a Cinque Candle Co scented candle. Hell yes! They also donate $1 from every bunch to charity so you can feel good in all sorts of ways.

Little Bird Cafe in Northbridge is a must for any Perth breakfast fan. Running the gauntlet from clean eating to crazy-good sweet treats, Little Bird Cafe is one of the best cafes in Perth for breakfast, lunch, and every naughty snack in between.
Brooklyn Lounge
It's time to get your hip-hop on 'cause Brooklyn Lounge is an uber cool addition to the Claremont dining and drinking scene. The US-inspired lounge is dishing out all manner of #foodporn eats along with epic cocktails guaranteed to leave your head spinning.
Hoopla Espresso
We are in love with Hoopla Espresso in Kensington. The cutest little cafe we ever did see, Hoopla's exposed brick feature wall paired with fresh white chairs and exposed wood will cheer you up any day of the week (even a Monday morning). The amazing breakfasts and fresh coffee will actually make your day. Top it all off with one of their gluten free cakes or treats. Delishhhh!

Cottesloe cafe The Other Side is a neighbourhood icon thanks to its perfectly brewed coffee, simple yet delicious eats and laidback vibes.
The Old Laundry
It's about time Angove Street in North Perth got itself a cool new hangout and The Old Laundry fits the bill perfectly. With a simple yet classy menu offering delish brekky, lunch and nightime eats, it really is the ideal place to drop in at any time of the day for a drink or a bite. Light, airy and spacious, grab your mates and settle in - this place has got the goods to make your day.
El Publico
With an impressive tequila menu and some of the best Mexican street food in town, Mount Lawley's El Publico is one of our favourite Perth Mexican restaurants. Open until midnight six days a week (10pm on Sundays), El Publico’s bar menu features tasty treats like street corn, fried chickpeas, a cuttlefish tostada and some pretty epic tacos.
Lime Flowers
Fremantle florist Lime Flowers provide their pretty posies to The Black Truffle in North Fremantle and if you have ever spied them while waiting for your coffee you’ll be pleased as punch to find out you can order these from the comfort of your own home. They can do same day delivery if you order by 1pm so hop to it.
Lulu La Delizia
Lalla Rookh’s former head chef Joel Valvasori is doing his part for Subiaco with the addition of pasta bar Lulu La Delizia—and if you ever had pasta at Lalla Rookh then you know to expect greatness. Named one of Australia's top 100 restaurants in 2018 by Gourmet Traveller and in 2017 by the Australian Financial Review, menu highlights include the vongole, garlic, chilli and white wine salsa spaghetti, the pumpkin and mascarpone ravioli with sage butter and the squid ink pasta. If pasta's not your thing try the burrata or the braised rabbit for a serious dose of happiness.
Manuka Woodfire Kitchen
For simple, honest and hearty food head to Manuka Woodfire Kitchen in Fremantle. Think woodfired beef short ribs with date sauce, baby onions and kim chi or slow cooked pork shoulder. Delish! Big supporters of West Aussie produce, Manuka are fully licenced, serving local beer, wine, cider and coffee.
Dr Snippy’s Barber Lounge
The black and white checkboard floor, white leather couches and vintage artwork all scream barbershop at Dr Snippy's in Subiaco. The boys here are experts at grooming and taming that wilderbeast you call a beard.... and they even sell beard oil! Whether you want a regular cut, a sweet fade or a picture shaved into the back of your head (if you're into that kinda thing) the peeps at Dr Snippy's have got you covered.
The Unicorn Bar
Unicorn Bar in Shenton Park is best enjoyed with friends. Serving up reasonably priced drinks and bar-food, this little bar is a far cry from the normal watering holes you usually find in the burbs.
Ivy League
Ivy League is a simple little cafe in the hustle and bustle of the city, but the food and drink is anything but simple. We're talking peanut butter chocolate cookies with ferrero gelati alongside a matcha latte or an epic coffee. Make sure you swing past on your way to work to grab a coffee and a bite to eat, or visit the guys over your lunch break for an epic midday meal.

Online florist Bloom Tribe pulls together some of the most impressive bouquets we have ever seen. Huge arrangements of the freshest flowers, these are pretty with a capital P. The huge bouquets are well worth splashing out for when you’ve got a special occasion to celebrate!

With a name like Breidahl (pronounced Bridal) this florist was destined to be in the wedding flower business. Luckily for us, she isn’t just doing bridal bouquets. Soul Flora Studio whips up delicious looking luxury arrangements destined to make a serious impact for weddings, events and functions.
Smoult’s Continental Deli
For one of the most delectable selections of smallgoods and cheeses in Perth, head to Smoult's Continental Deli in Maylands. The leading ladies at Smoult's are incredibly passionate about their produce and are always happy to give you a taste test or two. Make the most of Perth's fiiiiine weather and grab a picnic basket (and your significant other) and have the team whip you up a tasty continental roll to go.
Roll’d
Say goodbye to the plain, boring rice paper rolls of your past and hello to Roll’d in Cloisters Arcade, Perth. Barramundi, barbecue chicken and soft shell crab with avo are just some of the flavours on offer here. Rolld are also serving super fresh and tasty Bánh Mì and Phở, as well as rice and noodle salads. We love The B (rice/noodle salad bowl) with barbecue chicken, and a side of the tastiest spring rolls in Perth. Grab an ice tea or Vietnamese iced coffee and you’re good to go.
City Farm Cafe
Tucked inside the grounds of Perth's only urban farm, City Farm Cafe have been keeping the tastebuds of the East Perth crew happy for a few years now. Open Monday to Sunday, breakfast is where City Farm Cafe really shines. The crushed avocado with lemon on organic toast is one of the best avo/toast combos we've had and the croque monsieur is cheesilicious! We think City Farm Cafe is best enjoyed on Saturday mornings—go early to buy your veggies at the farmers market, before sitting down to a long and lazy breakfast. Don't forget to grab a sweet treat on the way out—the banana walnut bread is delish!
C Si Bon
Want gourmet, restaurant-quality meals at home without any of the effort? We hear ya! Started by Natasha Winburn-Clarke in 2013, the French-inspired home cooked soups, meals, desserts and baby-food from C Si Bon are made fresh and then frozen every week for you to defrost and heat up when you need them.
Top Dup
After becoming famous for their artisan doughnuts which they delivered all over town, Top Dup took the plunge and opened their very own retail space in Willagee. Think filled doughnuts with flavours like choc honeycomb, salted crème caramel, white choc coconut pistachio, blood orange curd with sherbet mallow and blueberry cheesecake, plus brownie bikkie sambos and coffee from a range of local roasters.
Cafe Vinyl
Cafe Vinyl in Perth's CBD has been dishing out some of the greatest coffee from their killer little hole in the wall for years and they’re still doing it perfectly. They also do some amaze-balls sandwiches and giant muffins for a quick bite to eat if you're on the run. They've got some epic vinyl records up on the wall and the baristas are always up for a good chat.
Nash & Co
The latest addition to the Maylands hood (which we loooove) is Nash & Co. We can't get enough of the rustic and alternative vibe at this little cafe and we are yelling hallelujah from the rooftops that there is finally a cafe open until 6pm in Maylands. This bad boy serves up breakfast, brunch and lunch (or an early dinner if you're keen).
Post
Nestled in the foodie mecca that is The State Buildings, Perth restaurant Post has made a name for itself as one of the best in Perth. Named after its location—the franking room of the original Perth General Post Office—Post is open for brekky, lunch and dinner seven days a week, serving modern dishes with an Italian influence, all guided by the season’s best Western Australian produce available.
Bruug
Bruug in Leederville will always be our first stop shop when it comes to finding classic, simple and timeless additions to our wardrobes. They are masters of neutral tones with the occasional splash of colour and after one trip to their boutique, you will leave feeling like you've just stepped off the catwalk at New York Fashion Week. The girls at Bruug are so incredibly helpful so make sure you pop by if you're ever in need of a wiz-bang new outfit or just some basics to top up the closet.
Cafe Isthmus
If you're trying to impress someone head straight to Cafe Isthmus in North Fremantle. Located right across from Leighton Beach in North Fremantle, the views are absolutley incredible and the menu is even better. They've got all the cafe brekky classics but with a fancy twist. They've also got cabinets loaded up with take-away lunch treats and coffee good enough to give you that all-day-long buzz. The decor is clean and simple, adding all-the-more to its exclusive feeling. A must visit!
BWG Steakhouse
From what was formally known as the Bluewater Grill, the new and improved BWG Steakhouse in Applecross is one that will really wow the crowd. Nestled within Heathcote Reserve, it overlooks the beautiful Swan River and our awesome little city. Open for lunch and dinner—with breakfasts as a weekend treat—the BWG Steakhouse has a range of different menus suited for everyone! You can guarentee that the meat they're serving up will melt in your mouth and leave you in the ultimate food coma. Make sure you also have a look at their epic functions package for any special events you've got coming up.
Clancy’s Cafe
Clancy's in City Beach really stepped up their game with the addition of Clancy's Cafe. The cafe opens a little earlier for all you morning people and serves up some of the most delicious brekky and coffee. Sandy feet and wet hair are always welcome so head in for breakfast after a beach stroll and a swim. You can also hang out until dinner time when the seafood comes out because they've got everything covered.
Modo Mio
Italian lovers rejoyce! Modo Mio is the perfect combination of hearty and authentic Italian cuisine matched with a touch of class. Included in the Crown Resort complex, this Italian gem has always been a favourite. The food is incredible and the service is even better. Every course is better than the last...and don't forget to include cocktails and dessert! Obvs the best part of going out for dinner.
Northbridge Chinese Restaurant
The Northbridge Chinese Restaurant is known for its traditional dim sum menu and for the herds of people always waiting in line on a Saturday and Sunday morning. Having never disappointed our grumbling tummies, we can’t go past the classics like BBQ pork buns, prawn dumplings and the pan fried pork dumplings (are you drooling yet?). If you’re feeling adventurous you might want to try the chicken feet in chilli and black bean sauce topped off with some grass jelly. Make sure you let us know how that goes!
The Old Brewery
When The Old Brewery is not wedding central it is the perrrfeccctttt place to wine and dine your other half. The city and river views never disappoint when a little romance is needed. It may seem like a fancy pants place, but The Old Brewery is actually the perfect spot for a casual Sunday lunch or dimly-lit dinner. The Old Brewery serves up tasty seafood, signature beef and a snazzy grill menu. Plus, they've got swanky beers and an impressive wine list to top it off. Make sure you book!
