'Meet Your Maker' with Boilerhouse Restaurant
So you’ve probably heard a story or two about the Quarantine Station being haunted, ghosts and whatnot. But heading there to ‘meet your maker’ takes on a whole new meaning at this special event. Q Station is hosting a six-course dinner at the Boilerhouse Restaurant with cooking demonstrations by Chef Matt Kemp. Guest speakers, a winemaker, meat producer, and a fruit and vegetable producer will be on hand to give diners a chance to learn about what they’re eating. So, you’ll be meeting the people behind what goes into making your dinner and each course will be paired with delicious Thorn Clarkes Wines. Black Star Pastry x Katherine Sabbath collaboration
If there’s one thing we love, it’s cake. And the only thing that makes it better is when our favourites collaborate for said cake—and famed Black Star Pastry and Katherine Sabbath are doing just that. Prepare your stomach because from Thursday, you can head down to The Galeries for a special dessert inspired by the Great Barrier Reef. This dessert will consist of coconut, custard and apple mousse cake and will feature passionfruit gelee and a macaron clam, with crushed meringue and pandan sugar glass.

Keg & Brew’s 1st Birthday
Hip hip hooray! The Keg & Brew is turning one and they’re throwing one helluva party. They’ve called on their mates at Young Henrys and Batch Brewing Co for a mini takeover of taps to battle it out to see who can sell the most on the night. Kicking the night off will be free beers from 5:30pm till 6:30pm with Thirsty Thursday specials too. Peter Hatfield, the guy behind high profile gardens like the ones at CHISWICK, is running the workshops so you’ll definitely learn a thing or two, and get a sneak peak at the new Public House Petersham.
