Here you’ll find baby banh mi ‘sliders’, with house-made mayo, pate, coriander, shallots, pickled carrot and meats like caramelised chicken, grilled pork and BBQ duck; vermicelli salads with chilli lime vinaigrette and grilled beef; and silken tofu with Sichuan pepper salt and chilli.

After a casual 30 million dollar renovation, The Langham Sydney has reopened its doors along with its new fine dining eatery, Kent Street Kitchen. Focussing on premium local produce, the menu is crafted by Paris-trained chef, Daniel Rudolph, and boats a superior selection of European cuisine, that offers everything from pan seared scallops to black breasted quail.
