A couple of weeks ago we got the good news that the Night Noodle Markets will once again be gracing the turf of Birrarung Marr.

​It’s the one Melbourne market that leaves no room for interpretation. It’s at night, and there’s a lot of noodled involved. Yep, the Night Noodle Market is officially back on for 2019. In fact, they just dropped their spring line-up this morning.

How can you not love a good rock solid Melbourne winter? It gives you the opportunity to wear enormous coats, scarves, and it’s acceptable to drink mulled wine/cider at any time of the day. At least that’s what I’m going with.

You’ve gotta hand it to the Queen Vic: the downtime between Winter Night Market and Summer Night Market is pretty damn small. It’s almost a year-round Humpday event these days.

Taste of Melbourne is turning the big 10, and to celebrate they’re throwing a massive party at the MCG. But it’s not all gonna be about the food. For the first time, the team have invited designers, artists, and musos to join in on all the fun.

​Melbourne loves many things. Footy, pies, using the term ‘throwing shade’, complaining about public transport, being ironically proud of Fed Square. Oh, and markets.
