Acustico
A little away from the permanently hurried nature of Sydney Road sits Acustico. Quirky and cosy, this cafés homely interior houses a range of faded furniture and mismatched items, including an endearingly old, barely working piano. The menu, like the café itself, is small but hearty. We guarantee you’ll still struggle to choose just one item from Acustico’s options.
Albert Park Deli
Running since 1974, this particular deli has practically grown up with Melbourne’s much-loved Albert Park. Perhaps this explains their dedicated local (and non-local) following. Perhaps their daily rotating display of over 50 different home-style dishes is simply too hard to resist. Or perhaps its their outrageously long opening hours - from 5.30 am to past dinner. Either way, there’s plenty of love going around for this very special deli.
