Cura Integrative Medicine in Claremont has all of your natural therapy needs covered. Natural therapy might sound a little ‘woo woo’ to some, but Cura Integrative Medicine offer evidence-based holistic care and they are passionate about staying abreast of the latest natural therapy research findings. The clinic offers nutrition advice, naturopathy, iridology, homeopathy and testing for food allergies to treat a number of conditions. Appointments are necessary and can be made via the Cura Integrative Medicine website.

For beachy types, Horizon Yoga in Swanbourne could be your jam. Practice yoga overlooking the Indian Ocean at the Swanbourne Surf Life Saving Club. If you don’t mind getting a little sand in your pants, Horizon Yoga also offer classes on South City Beach in the warmer months, check their website for more information.

You might have to camp out at the Subiaco Farmer’s Market to get a taste of Hole Foods Doughnuts, but holy moly it will be worth it! These guys serve up some of Perth’s best happiness-filled balls of deliciousness, featuring flavours like Reece’s Peanut Butter Cup and passionfruit curd. Ermagerrrrd Perthlings, do us proud and pick some of these babies up the next chance you get.

Run by locals, it’s no surprise Manic Espresso is one of Como’s best cafes. Brewing coffee is the team from Manic’s jam, but their food is incred too. You’ve got to try their Crazy Frenchie, a ciabatta toastie with steak, swiss cheese, fried egg and ale-infused drizzle. Using locally sourced and organic produce where possible, Manic Espresso have also got your sweet tooth covered with tasty treats like Banoffee pie and scones with homemade jam and cream. Yum!

Formerly known as Nahm Thai, we reckon Perth Thai restaurant Nunam are dishing out some of the best and most authentic Thai food in Perth. This little gem, tucked away on Bulwer Street in Northbridge, serves up fresh and vibrant brekky, lunch and dinner. The weekend breakfast menu is perfect for those who are keen to try something different (rice congee with 63 degree egg and crispy bacon anyone?), while their lunch and dinner menu offers classic Thai dishes with a twist.

For a restaurant to be shrouded in as much mystery as West Leederville's Andly Private Kitchen is a little unusual for Perth—but Andly Private Kitchen isn’t like any other restaurant.

324 Oxford is a haven for coffee-loving creative types. Originally founded in 2006 by graphic design studio Studio Bomba (who still reside out the back), the space is now also home to coffee shop Virgil Coffee and fashion label On A Whim. In the retail space at 324 Oxford you’ll also find an array of accessories, jewellery, skincare, gifts and homewares. Other businesses taking up space in this creative den are Mitchell & Dent, First Comes Love, Natasja Kremers Photography, Melissa Soraya Graphic Design and The Skillsmithery.

For a different workout each time you visit, hit up Perth gym F45 Training in West Leederville. One of the top destinations for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in Perth, F45 Training will keep you in tip-top condition year-round. The classes are made up of cardio, circuit, resistance and boxing and are all 45 minutes long - duh. You’ll work hard, but the results will be worth it. The bright pink exterior of Perth Indian Restaurant Chutney Mary’s has been a welcome sight on Rokeby Road for years, greeting hungry visitors with steaming plates of fragrant curry, rice and breads. The matching light and bright interior and an often full house makes for a vivacious and authentic Indian dining experience. There’s not a store bought curry mix in sight, with each spice prepared fresh daily and expertly blended into mouth-watering Indian fusion creations.

When you need a good coffee hit, pop by laid-back Perth cafe Bossman Coffee, down an arcade off Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley. The long communal tables and chilled music promote a great community vibe, although it’s probably not the best place to whip out your laptop and get some work done. Instead, focus on the excellent coffee and small selection of tasty Greek and Middle-Eastern sweet and savoury snacks, and enjoy some quality people watching in the heart of this bustling food and shopping district.

Cosy booths and tasteful decor make vibrant Perth Restaurant 2 Fat Indians a cosy, welcoming destination for some of the best Indian food in Perth. This Mount Lawley institution has been a local favourite for years, thanks to its warm and friendly staff and mouth-watering menu – you can smell the delicious aromas from outside!

Modern Perth restaurant Tsunami in Mosman Park is more than your average Japanase restaurant. The beautiful setting (which includes an absolutely stunning garden area filled with twinkling fairy lights), romantic ambience and super friendly staff are the perfect backdrop for a sophisticated menu, a massive selection of sake and an impressive wine list. Choose from izakaya (sharing plate) favourites such as quail gyoza, pork loin cutlets in panko crumbs, smoked wagyu beef, tuna carpaccio, thinly sliced sashimi, nigiri sushi and rolls, and impressive Ishiyaki options that allow you to cook your own meals on a 400 degree volcanic rock. La Galette de France is an authentic little French bakery located in Nedlands. You might find it hard to pick what you want here because everything looks (and tastes) dangerously delicious. You can sit down to enjoy a cup of coffee and one of their amazing crepes filled with goodness or takeaway and treat yourself to a delightful éclair, almond croissant, vanilla slice or just everything! Drool!

Good Things Cafe in Mosman Park is a Perth cafe whose philosophy revolves around great breakfast and even better coffee. Its neutral fit-out is given an edge with local artwork, making it the perfect backdrop for a cafe that is producing honest, delicious food and raising the bar on good service. Brunch is served until 2:30pm every day, and includes all your favourites, with a twist – super-food muesli, avocado with whipped feta on toast, zucchini pasta with salmon, smashed crispy potatoes with haloumi and poached eggs, and caramelised banana-nut hotcakes with maple bacon. On a quiet residential street in leafy Mosman Park, Perth cafe Gill Street Cafe & Deli serves fresh, seasonal produce seven days a week. Boasting a counter top full of tempting cakes and biscuits, brunch items include their popular bircher muesli and classic smashed avo toast, while lunch items range from vibrant slow roasted lamb toasted sandwiches to stuffed capsicums. This neighbourhood secret turned local favourite really does have something for everyone—including vegetarian and gluten free options. Consistency is key, and this place always dishes up delicious, filling meals and great coffee, backed by impeccably friendly service.

Grab your mates for a night of wood-fired pizzas in a lively and kitsch setting at Blend Cafe & Pizza Bar in Melville. What used to be a picture-framing shop is now a food haven, packed with miss-matched furniture and a massive collection of bric-a-brac – with retro lamps, bowling pins, framed vintage pictures and other goodies lining the walls, half the fun of visiting is taking in the decor. Open all week long, Blend Cafe & Pizza Bar is a cafe by day, serving great coffee alongside breakfast (until 2pm!) and lunch, and pizza bar by night, with all of your favourite toppings. A range of other menu options are also on offer, including hearty pastas, seafood, rump steaks and pork belly.

A vibrant, tiny space right opposite Mayland’s train station on Whatley Crescent, Perth bar Swallow is a cute and quaint local. Offering a carefully curated selection of wine, beer and cocktails, and delicious food, try score a booth or a table in the courtyard and settle in for a long night sipping delicious drinks and tasting local-produced based eats (the french onion and gruyere croquettes and fennel salami with house smoked almonds are our picks!). With live music on Thursday and Sunday evenings and a new brunch offering on the weekends, Swallow Bar may just become your new local but be warned; this place is always packed, with very little standing room.

Perth Cafe Sherbet Cafe & Bake Shop is a feast for the senses, from the moment you walk in until the moment you finish the last crumbs of their incredibly moorish cakes. The sweet vintage décor features old wooden cabinets, a beautiful pastel retro fridge, and sweet baked goods as far as the eye can see. Your toughest choice will be whether to go with a giant slice of almond praline cake, a delightful rocky road cupcake, a chocolate raspberry brownie, or one of the other many treats on offer. One thing is for sure, whatever your choice, you won’t regret it because everything served here (including the small selection of savouries) is absolutely delicious.

In the heart of Maylands on Whatley Crescent you’ll find super popular Perth cafe, Mrs S. The pretty and eclectic vibe is reflected in everything from the sweet décor, to the menus stapled inside picture books, to the mismatched furniture and the giant chalkboard featuring a handwritten drinks list. Effortlessly charming and cool, Mrs S has an incredible countertop display of cakes and slices to satisfy even the sweetest tooth. The thoughtful breakfast and lunch menus are full of delights like homemade brioche with caramelised pineapple and whipped ricotta and a pulled pork and beetroot relish ‘Manwich.'

Possibly the best bookstore in Perth, Northside Books in Northbridge is a book lovers wonderland. Home to every genre your nerdy little heart could desire, including Fiction, non-fiction, and children's books, Northside Books also does a decent coffee and has a small selection of baked goods to keep your energy up. Eclectic and authentic, Northside Books is just the kind of Perth bookstore we'd happily while away a day in.

As cool as the typeface it’s named after, Perth bar Helvetica is the perfect spot for your after work drinks or Saturday night shenanigans. Whiskey fans will be in heaven with bottles from all over the world available by 15ml or 30ml pour or in a flight. Helvetica even offer a bottlekeep service; purchase your favourite whiskey and they will store it for your future enjoyment. They’ve also got all your wine, beer and cocktail needs sorted, as well as bar snacks.

Loved by many of Perth’s A-list, Perth food delivery service Kale & Co. deliver nutritionist-designed three and five day cleanses, jam-packed with superfoods which will have your insides singing. For a glow that rivals Miranda Kerr’s, get over to Kale & Co.’s website stat!

Tuck Shop Cafe in Northbridge is a Perth cafe famous for its pies. If you have some kind of freakish iron will and can ignore the pastry covered meaty parcels of delight, Tuck Shop Cafe also does a cracking breakfast, a great coffee (it's Toby's Estate), and a simple takeaway lunch menu. Best yet? This little Perth cafe makes everything on premises. Naw.

Perth cafe BOHO Espresso is a super hip and much-loved local Scarborough hangout. With its super relaxo vibe, it's the perfect spot for your weekend coffee as well as some hearty and tasty brekky and lunch treats. Part of the Luna Max Shopping Centre, BOHO Espresso also has an extensive juice and smoothie menu. One of our fave casual brekky spots - especially in Summer.

For a yoga experience straight out of India head to The Yoga Space in West Perth. The head yogis from this happy little studio offer classes in the Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin styles, as well as yoga teacher training and courses in mindfulness. This is definitely a yoga studio which feeds the soul.

Along the burgeoning dining scene of Angove Street in North Perth sits Perth Restaurant Chilli Orange - a cosy 'special occasion' restaurant. With a gorgeous warm interior and friendly staff, this Asian fusion eatery is dishing out plenty of fresh and flavoursome food. We recommend avoiding #foodenvy and choosing some dishes to share from the huge range of entrees.

Grab your daily glass of goodness from Perth smoothie and juice bar The Market Juicery. Tucked down the Tip Top Arcade off Oxford Street in Leederville, their freshly made drinks range from fruit and veggie smoothies, to a huge range of juices. If it takes more than a smoothie to fill you up then you’re in luck, because The Markey Juicery also offers delicious Holy Bagel Company bagels, with toppings ranging from blueberries to roast beef, as well as a range of wraps, frittatas, salads and mouth-watering raw treats. Heads up – its closed on Sundays.

Perth Cafe Boucla is the sort of buzzy, top-notch cafe everyone wishes they had in their neighbourhood. The crew behind this Rokeby Road cafe are friendly, the space is cosy and the coffee is really, really good. The huge range of amazing-looking cakes are dangerously good too. Boucla offers a great selection of brekky and lunch time goodies, all with a Middle Eastern twist which makes it the perfect spot to pop in for a quick takeaway coffee or stay for a meal. One of our Perth faves.

The crew behind Perth cafe Addison & Steele Specialty Coffee are next-level coffee nerds. We're talking beakers, plungers, pourers, pots and everything in between. Not surprisingly, the Small Batch Coffee they're brewing here is pretty epic. As is the chic, airy and beautiful industrial interior. The brekky menu is small but spot on—the bagels are our top pick.

For a taste of authentic Malaysian cooking, you can’t go past conveniently-located Ria Malay Kitchen on Leederville’s Oxford Street. The modern interior, cute outdoor tables, quality service and good prices have made Ria a long-time favourite for locals. Treat your tastebuds to caramelised pork belly, spicy chicken wings, traditional peanut satay, soft shell crab, braised caramelised duck, or any number of delicious curries, noodles, veggie and rice dishes. Ria loosely translates to happy, and that’s exactly what you’ll be with a belly full of these wonderful Asian fusion flavours. One of our Leedy faves!

Perth is going crazy for Gelato at the moment and Whisk Creamery is one of the reasons why. This place really takes #foodporn to a new (dangerous) level. Picture this: a cronut, sandwiched with salted caramel gelato, homemade salted caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream. If that hasn't got you salivating then really, what will. The crew at Whisk Creamery are all about using quality produce and their soft soft-serve gelatos and frozen yoghurts are made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That's practically healthy in our book!

Put your fancy pants on for this one, Listers, Perth Restaurant Clarkes of Northbeach is definitely one for the splurge category. Chef and owner, Stephen Clarke has won numerous culinary awards and it's no surprise - the food is crazy good and the romantic and cosy vibe of the restaurant is top notch. Our top tip: put the Degustation Menu on your bucket list.

Alternative milks are all the rage, but sometimes the watery concoctions gracing the shelves of the local supermarket just don’t cut it. The Pure Press almond milk is hand made, with activated almonds and no added sugar. There are no hidden nasties, just the pure goodness of almond milk. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better alternative in Perth.

Forgetting your lunch is now a thing of the past thanks to the clever lasses from The Lunch Ladies. Round up your mates for an Asian fusion feast at lively Perth restaurant Low Key Chow House in Leederville. The menu is all about sharing, and combines much-loved family recipes with modern cuisine, featuring the very best of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Singaporean and Filipino dishes.

Iconic Perth Restaurant The Subiaco Hotel really is the beating heart of Subi. Standing the test of time and still a fave amongst many of the Subi locals, it's open for brekky, lunch, dinner—and drinks in between! The food here is next level. We can never resist the slow-cooked lamb pappardelle but the 100-day grain fed Harvey Beef sirloin is pretty bangin' too. Dont go changin too much Subi Hotel, we luv ya!

Superfood smoothies are all the rage at the moment, but sourcing the ingredients sometimes proves challenging, especially in Perth. This is where Green Smoothie Co. come in. Their superfood sachets are packed to the brim with ingredients like bee pollen, maca, cacao and chia; just add banana, some leafy greens and coconut water and BAM! You have yourself a delicious green smoothie.

Yoga mats, move aside, it’s time to hang out at AirYoga in Leederville. AirYoga have classes to suit people of all fitness and flexibility levels. If you’ve never taken an aerial yoga class it’s recommended you start with a beginners’ class, just until you’ve nailed the basics. Feeling adventurous? Give an AirSupremacy or headstand class a go, just remember to wear tighter fitting clothes, we don’t want you flashing your privates to anyone. If you’re feeling particularly sore pre or post workout, this airy Leederville studio also plays host to some killer physiotherapy services.

Perth Restaurant Six Senses is a modern and intimate Thai restaurant located in the heart of Subi. The crew here describe their food as "real delicious food with a touch of creativity" and we couldn't agree more. Perfect for a date night, don't leave without trying Six Senses signature dish, the Massamun lamb shank - it's amazing! Pair it with a glass of red (this place is BYO) and you'll be in flavour heaven.

Still not on the radar of a lot of Perth folks, we think Meeka is one of Perth’s hidden gems and they’re dishing out some of the best middle eastern food around town.

Subiaco cafe Louis Baxters is all about getting you fuelled up and ready to face the working week. This funky little cafe pumps out a mean cup of joe—the beans are from Margaret River Roasting Co—and some quality eats. Pro tip: the bagels and bircher muesli are to die for!

We reckon the folks at The Daily Espresso Bar in Swanbourne are serving up some of Perth's best coffee. Even though it's located in the heart of the Western suburbs, the vibe at The Daily is relaxed, casual and really, really friendly. It's the sort of cafe where they know your name, how you have your coffee and what flavour muffin you like. Speaking of which, try the jalapeno muffin—you won't be disappointed! 

Daisy & Rowe in Bassendean is one of the cutest gift and homewares stores we have ever seen. They've got everything from homewares, books and greeting cards to fresh cut flowers, women's fashion and jewellery items and there are a few goodies for the gents and babies too. All the designer labels you could ask for, plus a few local talents, jammed into one amazing store.

Described as a "wine bar meets bistro", Lamont's Wine Store is all about seriously good wine complemented by superb food. Lamont's offers the vast majority of their delicious, seasonal dishes in either a tapas or main size so whether you're after a few nibblies to wash your wine down with or the full kit and caboodle, there's something for you. The wine list is absolutely epic and can be enjoyed in store or take away - cheers!

Unpretentious yet cool, Perth bar 399 Bar has casual comfort down to a fine art. Tatts, thongs, suits and ties are all welcome at this Northbridge bar. You can even order food from nearby restaurants like Dough Pizza and Mela Indian, to have with 399 Bar’s handcrafted cocktails and boutique beer and cider. Adding to 399’s good-guy status, they’ll even let you hire their courtyard area for free! #legends
