Bentley Restaurant + Bar

Bentley always offered the kind of fine dining typically found in the CBD, so it makes that after seven years in bar-heavy Surry Hills it moved to the ground floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel in the city in early 2014. In its new incarnation, the 80-seat restaurant offers modern Australian fare (think freshly shucked oysters, beef fillet with mushroom broth and red kale, and kangaroo with purple carrot), accompanied by an eclectic wine list, with drops from boutique producers around the world.
