Flavours of Fiji: Eat, Drink And Do Good

Foodies, we bring you the best of news!  For one day only, five top chefs are serving up four delicious dishes for just twenty bucks. Yes, you read that right. But even better, that twenty bucks will go to Oxfam New Zealand, who are working hard to help the people of Fiji who were recently devastated by tropical cyclone Winston.

Held at Shed 10 and The Cloud on Sunday, March 20th, it features four dishes created by Ben Bayly (The Grove and Baduzzi), Gareth Stewart (Nourish Group) Mark Southen (O’Connell St Bistro), Michael Meredith (Merediths and Eat My Lunch initiative) and Sid Sahrawat (SIDART and Cassia).  The menu, which includes a take on the Fijian hangi, called Lovo Pork and a Kailamo dessert—a take on a banana caramel trifle—was curated by Oxfam ambassador, chef and author Robert Oliver.

Alongside the food, there will be a drinks station, music and live cultural performances.

All up, this not-to-be-missed day promises to be delicious, fun and is a total win-win for everyone.
