50 Things To Do In Auckland This Spring

Picture frolicking lambs, pink petals falling from the blossom trees and daffodils sprouting anywhere and everywhere. Yep, spring is officially here so it’s time to say farewell to winter and welcome these warmer months with open arms. Kick that woolly wardrobe to the curb and embrace your pasty, milk bottle pins.

We love spring so much here at The Urban List, we have compiled a killer list of all things spring that you definitely need to get stuck into pronto!

  1. September, Shredtember. Top up your spring pantry with some healthy goods from these stores to help you get summer ready. 
  2. Stay in a luxury tent. Glamping is so in right now.
  3. Frolic amongst the flowers at Auckland’s Botanic Garden.
  4. Stroll through one of Auckland’s markets for a lazy and tasty Sunday.
  5. Lace up your walking boots and make your way through some of Auckland walks you didn't know you could do. 
  6. If you’re not much of a walker (only for Pokemon), cast a line and catch your own supper whilst fishing New Zealand’s waters!
  7. Feel like you should be in The Little Mermaid 4? Dip your toes at one of these epic beaches.
  8. Don’t fancy braving the waters just yet? Hire a Kayak and keep a watch out for those Orcas!
  9. Fancy playing an 18-hole? Check out our list of Auckland’s best golf courses to perfect that swing this spring.

  11. Speaking of, why not treat yo’ self and divulge in one of their banana and caramel cakes. Banana is a healthy choice, right?

  13. Get au naturel, Auckland's natural hot pools are sure to get you the R&R you deserve.

  16. Our very own pop princess Lorde is returning for few intimate shows in NZ, we cannot wait to sing our heart out for her November shows.
