Calling all plant lovers! Auckland is getting its very own dedicated plant-based, zero-waste market in the heart of the city.
The highly anticipated Ubuntu Market will debut in Mount Eden this Sunday! Offering all things enviro friendly, cruelty free, and well, delicious it really is the place to be. You’ll find our well-known faves such as Wise Boys, POP organic popcorn and the Otherside vegan food truck making appearances.
Ubuntu means the coming together of a community, providing love, nourishment, and space. The creators, Las Masitas, say their markets are based on this virtue and want to create a space to celebrate community and humanity. Could this be any cooler?!
There will be organic coffees all round, as well as live music, entertainment, cooking work shops, face and body painting, tarot readings, arts and crafts, sustainabilitiy demonstrations, and every type of plant-based food you can think of!
The Ununtu Market runs from 11am-7pm so you’ll have a full day to wander, enjoy, embrace, and get involved in the good vibes and great products. To sweeten the deal, the entire thing is zero waste so you’ll literally be 100% guilt free.
